Isail, Eli, Angel and Sanyo are a great asset for your business. I was skeptical just because of the business can be difficult to find honest people. They absolutely changed my mind. You now have a customer for life. I will only use Action Air because of the service they provided me today. They made me feel confident I chose the right company. These guys deserve an applause and a raise. They are great techs and provide outstanding customer service. I would like to thank them again for such great service. Very happy customer and I will definitely spread the word. Thanks guys.

We just had our air conditioning unit replaced by Action Air! Isiah and Angel did a fabulous job! They really know their business! They were courteous and thorough! Don came to my home for the estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable in HVAC. He gave me a few options of units that fit my home in Sq footage and available space for installation.
Alejandro and Ricky installed the unit. They arrived on time and worked hard for approximately 7 hrs. The installation was absolutely professional, clean and organized. They left my home and roof spotless clean. They inspected everything at the end with me and taught me how to use the unit controller and app. I would 100% recommend Action Air to anyone needing HVAC replacement or service.

I had a great experience from start to finish with Action Air. I needed some duct repair done and somehow I landed on action air and spoke with Don. He walked me through the entire process and got my job scheduled quickly. Two days later Dylan and Chris came to perform the repairs. They showed up on time, were extremely professional and friendly, and took time to answer all of my questions (and I ask a lot of questions) . The end result was much cleaner looking finish and my airflow is much improved too. My old plenum boxes looked sloppy and frail and the ones I have now look sturdy and clean. Also I had an additional request midway through the job that I assumed would have to be taken care of later, but no, Don coordinated with the office and had the part delivered and installed. I’m very particular about who I allow to work on my home and I don’t recommend very many contractors as I’ve lost confidence in most of them over the years, however, if you need AC work done, I would be very comfortable recommending Actuon Air based on this experience.

My new HVAC System (Lennox Elite) was installed on 5/16/2023. I want to see how it would do in a Tampa summer and fall, before doing my Review... Excellent !

Starting with Don coming over; I learned a lot and he answer all my questions.
Jan, worked with me to setup the inspection with the County. That went very while, the Inspector was impressed with the Air Handler insult , thanks Angel...
I was so impressed by the guys that insulted my Unit! It was hot that day, but
they worked hard and they both were professional, all day long! A problem came up with my copper freon line...they result the problem, and new copper piping and cover showed up quickly.

Dan was very Informative and communicated well letting me know he was on the way and what the problem was! Great job! But the Unit went out after due to an old wire they left in the thermostat that actually broke into 3 pieces. They changed it out then told me the thermostat needed replacing $800! This caused great stress! They were able to take payments but still blindsided me with this huge expense! I’m no longer using this company!

I was very pleased at the professionalism of the service I received today from my technician Dan. He explained every step of the way what he was doing in a way that I could understand. He made some suggestions that I needed to run by my son, and he very kindly spoke and explained things to him. I joined as a gold member and will continue to use your service. My contact with Don Connell at Action Air was excellent from start to finish. Don came out immediately after requesting a quote for a new system. He addressed all my questions, and did the quotes for three systems right in front of me. Soon after reviewing the quotes I scheduled the job and put in the payment and Don was extremely helpful getting it all setup. The installers came on-time and were efficient, friendly and very professional. Highly recommend Don, the installers and Action Air as a whole!

My family has used Action Air for 30+ years and had lovely experiences, but sadly my experience lately has not been up to par. I called yesterday because my unit has been struggling to cool as the days have gotten hotter. The technician came out quickly, but when he checked out our unit, he provided us virtually no information. He asked us how old our unit is (we didn’t know, we bought the house only a few years ago), then without giving us any readings or details, said it *might* be a refrigerant issue, suggested a complete replacement, and then started writing out a quote for a new system. When he was done, he went over what Action Air would replace in detail, but didn’t show or tell us *why* we needed to replace. He pushed us to sign the contract he drafted while he called and tried to secure an installation date. This all just felt fishy to my wife and I, so I asked for a draft copy while we thought it over. This seemed to surprise the tech. We paid him for coming out and taking a look, but no services were performed. This all just made us feel a bit uneasy so we ended up calling another company for a second opinion. Sure enough, when their tech got here, not only did he *immediately* tell us what year our unit was when he stepped into the attic, he also took numerous pictures, showed us exact temperature readings, explained what parts seemed faulty and the importance of them, and finally gave us a variety of options and recommendations. We’re not sure if we will replace but it was comforting to know what we were dealing with, and to know that we had other options if we couldn’t afford a whole new system right now. I was very disappointed by Action Air’s pressure to buy, especially with very little information. Not only that, but some of the issues that we were made aware of must have been there for *years*, and some parts were even installed completely improperly, so I’m shocked that Action Air overlooked them during previous maintenance. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be doing business with them any longer.

Eli came to our house for routine maintenance and went above and beyond! He was a gentleman and very informative regarding our AC unit & gave tips on how to keep it in great condition. Will only use AC Action based on my interaction today with Eli!

Don Connell was awesome! My brother had his AC unit installed by Action, so he gave me Don's phone number, and he was out that same day. Very informative as we talked for about an hour and a half.He also ended up doing the quotes at my dining room table and we went over all of them.
He was the ONLY one that did that! After getting some other quotes, these guys ended up giving me a better deal than the original quote! The guys that did the install were great! They were very professional in everything they did and said! A job well done! Thanks!

After putting refrigerate in a 16 yr old unit for the past two years, it finally quit so we decided to replace it with a new Lennox. We got three bids but none compared to Action Air Conditioning!! The Salesman Don was exceptionally knowledgeable, caring and courteous to our needs. He arrived on time to our home, inspected everything and provided several options in writing. Because the thoroughness and fair price he gave us, we decided on the spot to go ahead and have it replaced. We submitted the order the same day and the Installers arrived the next day on time. They were clean, professional and very efficient. Best installation experience we’ve ever had at our home. Overall, we had an excellent experience from first contact until the project completion. Would highly recommend Action Air Conditioning to all of my family and friends!

Don & the Action Air Team were great. Our AC unit unexpectedly went out, and we had guests coming in from out of town. Tampa in the middle of the summer is unbearable without air so we were in a pinch. We were in a hurry to get a new unit installed, but wanted to ensure it was with a reliable company who would do quality work. We quickly called several companies to come out to our home to provide estimates. After comparing several quotes and speaking to different companies, we’re so glad we went with Don @ Action Air. His attention to detail, transparency, and follow up throughout the process was bar none. We literally had a new, quality unit installed and up and running in our home within 24 hours! Definitely use this company if you’re in need of a new AC install - you can trust they’ll get the job done and won’t pull a fast one on you.

I was in a very difficult situation recently. My Lennox AC broke down, blower motor went out. I was working with another contractor, going on a week and half without AC during the summer heat wave, the other contractor would not return my calls or give me an update. I called Action Air Conditioning desperately looking for a plan B, and within hours they were calling everywhere trying to get me the part and trying to find a solution. Joyce and the team were OUTSTANDING. My understanding is that even the company owner got involved trying to get the part.

We found out the motor I was looking for was backordered due to supply issues, yet they elevated the issue to a regional manager and got me a motor overnight. Within a few days I had my AC back on!

I also have to say I really enjoyed meeting Mike, their Sr Tech, great experienced tradesman, I even learned a couple of things during his visit. He showed up at the end of a tough day with multiple calls with a great attitude and got everything running. The ladies at the office are super nice keeping you updated with appointment status. Excellent communication. Well run company.

I will be calling them in the future to service my AC and family's properties and I will spread the word on my community.

My HVAC system was working...until Action Air came to my house. I called them to look it over since the house is 2 years old. A younger guy came and replaced a part, and then the A/C stopped working correctly. The unit makes sound but it doesn't cool. It was late in the day, so in the morning the owner of Action Air came to our house. I think he literally did nothing, he just left. I'm now going to need a 3rd visit from either this company or else hire another company.

If you are reading this you're probably in the same boat. Your system needs repair or replacement. Everyone is busy and most businesses just quote you over the phone with a competitive rate but most of the time that is not your final price. They never really know until the work is being done. Things break or they might find hidden damage. Here is why Alex just gained a customer for life:
- he just did not quote me
- he asked questions and gave me answers that were in my best interest. He did not sell me.
It seems to me that Alex lives by that OLD business model: "Fill a need and service that need" When that happens you do not have to sell! He took time and shared his experience with me. So when I got off the phone I realized: "what a guy!"
I had no more questions because he led me through it with common sense, honesty, integrity and knowledge.
Like the old saying goes: "They don't make them like that anymore"!

They have installed and repaired numerous units and duct work for us. They are quick to answer service calls and technicians are knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend!
