Furguson hvac is well stocked but in order to buy anything you have to be a licenced AC person. It makes it difficult for a homeowner to purchase an air conditioning item because it's a licenced only outlet. They must be afraid the homeowner is going to blow up or burn their house down. Well that a very ethical stance on their part. So I'll get my AC parts on-line from now on.

Coffee bar is better than other distribution centers. Front end also works the back end and pull orders for you for some reason, so you can wait in an empty lobby for upwards of 10 minutes before you can place an order, making service slower than average

called in to auction air on a Saturday. Dan NGO was already on a call but came to our rescue around 7pm after a 5 hour call elsewhere. he came in tired but still being his out going self. diagnose the problem and fix it within 30 minutes--wow! needless to say that it was 92 degrees outside so the quick fix was a blessing. thank you action air and DAN !

Joandy Garicia was very professional, courteous and prompt. Action Air has been our provider for many years and they have been are very reliable.

At the beginning of July, we proactively began interviewing a/c companies to replace our current unit. Action Air was highly recommended to us by our neighbor. Our sales representative, Don, was fantastic! Don answered all of our questions, did not attempt to oversell us, and provided us with a few recommendations based on our needs. We chose Action Air because of Don and the professionalism and knowledge he provided on behalf of Action Air. Our installation occurred within a week and went very smoothly. We have been extremely satisfied thus far and have stayed very cool during our heat wave!

Dan, one of the AC technicians, came to our home the same day and was able to fix the problem Since the AC unit was 17 years old, it was recommended we replace it. Ricky and Alex, were the AC technicians that replaced the unit. They were both extremely professional, efficient and friendly. They made sure everything was working perfectly and took their time to explain how the new thermostat worked. They even made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Second time we have used Action Air. From the start, Don was amazing. Honest, up front, and took the time to explain the job. He came on the day of install, and followed up throughout the process. The pricing was extremely fair. Dillon, Chris, and the crew showed up on time, finished the job in advance of schedule, and to say it was meticulously done would be an understatement. The team was respectful, clean, and very attentive to detail. Highly recommend.

Ricky and Alex from Action Air were wonderful. They were incredibly knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. They arrived exactly when expected and finished when they estimated they would be done. The AC/furnace system works great. It immediately cooled our hot house down and decreased the humidity inside greatly. It was so easy to work with Action Air.

AC went down at 2am. Repaired by Mike from Action Air before 2pm, even though the weather was sketchy and he did not have all the parts on the first visit. Well done, and thank you!

I had Action Air install a new air conditioner at my home. The installers were Dillon and Chris. They were very informative and answered all my questions. Very polite and professional. These two guys were great. They are a great asset to this company. I recommend Action Air to anyone needing to get an air conditioner installed. My air conditioner was installed the very next day of purchasing it.
