Kenneth was out quickly, ontime, and straight forward. Called like an hour and a half before he arrived to see if he had any availability. Was there an hour and a half later. Got my AC unit up and going in a quick timeframe.

Highly recommend and will be calling him for future repairs.

Awesome experience with this business. Delivered on everything promised, and didn't try to "UPSELL" me or scare me into replacing things that are working perfectly! In fact gave me a better recommendation for a type of filter I should use that would be better for my system, and less expensive!

We lucked out with Ken living nearby. Our AC went out at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon, Ken agreed to come by an was at our house within the hour! He kept us informed while he diagnosed the problem and ultimately was able to get it back up and running without any major repair. Ken made a few recommendations for service in the future to help the system run better and had everything running great within an hour and even put the service call charge towards the cost of the repair. We’ll definitely use him in the future. Thanks!

While the Technician was punctual to come out and thorough with his inspection, he did take some of my original a/c condenser parts without mentioning it to me. This made it more difficult for the next inspector to diagnose my A/C issues. In addition, when I was told the repairs could be done the same day I was then told later on that he could no longer commit. I tried calling back and left a message to make an appointment for another date, but he never returned my call to reschedule it. He also tried to charge me for parts that did not fix my A/C issues, and I had to dispute this before he finally admitted it was wrong to do so. His payment process was a bit shady as he wanted 50% up front before installing new equipment and he also stated that a lien would be put on my house if the last half wasn’t paid at the end of his services. In conclusion, I went with another company who serviced my A/C and rectified all issues for half the price. They also accepted full payment when the tasks were completed. I had high hopes for good reviews; however, I don’t recommend. Overall, I was dissatisfied.

I had an awesome experience with this company. Ken showed up within 45 minutes of placing the call to get help fixing my AC, not only that when Ken showed up he was very polite and respectful to me and my property, figured out the issue with AC really quick and came back to give me options on what I need to do, didn’t feel like he was trying to pressure me like how all other companies do these days. My AC is old and needs to be replaced but I couldn’t make that happen so he help choose what’s best to get the problem taken care of and have my AC working same day. This is the only company I’ll be replacing my AC with when I’m able to. He seemed to be honest and reliable. Finding a reliable air conditioning service can become a challenge. Thankfully, my experience with A/C Done Right was nothing but exceptional. I have another company who annually services my 5 year old unit; and they have done a good job (so, I thought) but when I met Kenneth, he surpass our expectations. He was onetime, reliable and clear in his communication regarding our unit, he offer a comprehensive maintenance plan that will keep our system working in optimum condition during the summer. He was proactive, addressing any potential issue before they escalated, we didn't know our unit was so low in coolant; if it wasn't for Air Conditioning done right this situation could of been a total disaster in the middle of Florida's HOT summer. I recently had the pleasure of using AC done right for an air conditioner repair, and I am thoroughly impressed with the service Ken provided. From start to finish, his professionalism and expertise stood out.
Ken - the owner, arrived 30 mins!!!( so fast ) after I gave him a call that I need to schedule an appointment for an AC repair. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner and explained the necessary repairs in a clear and understandable manner. What I appreciated most was their transparency about the costs involved, and he was not trying to upsell or sell me a whole new unit, which I know a lot of companies do.

Ken really surprised me at how down to earth and courteous he was. I needed an urgent maintenance call on an older AC unit that we have at our Airbnb. Ken showed up, introduced himself, and after a thorough check of the AC unit, he clearly explained what the issues were, and offered me advice on things that I could do on my own to extend or improve the life of my AC. I liked how Ken communicated and I was impressed with his workmanship. I didn’t find out that he was the owner until much later. The technician arrived at the time he promised and was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain the problem with the unit in detail. He was able to get my A/C up and running once he replaced the part. I was very satisfied with the work done!
