Luke and Aron came out to my house today to help with my air. In the first 10 minutes they were here they did more than the last company did in 5 visits. They were friendly knowledgeable and very hardworking. Took the time to explain things to me and Luke even let me call my partner so he could explain to him as well in case I forgot anything. I am very happy with the service and professionalism that both of these men had with me and the work that they did. I would highly recommend this company and these two to anyone.

Harold and team are great. Scheduling was easy and in a timely fashion. The technician Luis came out, found the problem right away and got the issue fixed. Now we're back in cool air! I will be recommending them to everyone !!

We've used Locke's expert quality and service on a couple of occasions, I have not thing negative to say. They arrive quickly and before they fix anything, they explain what's wrong and tell you the price upfront!! They work quick and do it right. This is who deserves your business! A+++++++

Harold & his team are incredible! I won't be going to anyone else for my HVAC needs. Locke came out to save the day late at night, same day when my unit was hissing and shutting off. He found that the previous big name company over filled my unit with refrigerant a week before and even found the replacement part to be damaged during install. Not only did he take the time to explain what he was doing, he did it for a very fair price and genuinely cared that the unit was up and running to my standards before he left. Don't get ripped off by commission-driven HVAC techs, call Locke's first and always! It be the best price available and done right!

Not sure how their service is but I do know they can’t drive! As I’m writing this, I’m in the car (in the passenger seat) and right before I started typing this, one of your vehicles cut us off and made my fiancé slam on our breaks. I’m sure they know where they’re going, so maybe next time they should get in the lane they need to before it’s too late, instead of cutting people off while their driving, off of State Road 54!

The service response was excellent. Phone calls were answered immediately. The technician fixed the problem and explained what I could do to help make the entire system last a bit longer. I was thinking about replacing the unit because it's 24 years old. However the technician said it still has some life in it.
I requested a level two maintenance, which included cleaning the blower fan and the compressor coils. The inspection indicated the inside "A" coil was fine and did not need cleaning.
The equipment they use is wirld class. The training and experience is second to none. The communication and responsiveness was outstanding.
Yep, I will not use anyone else. Honest, quick, fair, and a great value.

The installers came today to install our new air conditioner, not only did we get a good deal with the company, our installers were beyond excellent. They were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. One gentleman was with the company for 35 years, that says a lot for both him and the company. He explained everything to us in a clear and patient manner. We’re in our mid 70’s and newer things are not always easy for us. I highly recommend them.

Listen to me when I tell you: I trust Locke more than I trust my own family. And it's not that I have an untrustworthy family. I have an extremely trustworthy family. Had them come by to do Preventive maintenance on 2 heat pumps today and couldn't have gone better. It's so nice to have an extremely trustworthy HVAC guy!

From the beginning to the end, everything was exceptional. We love, love love Luis. His attention to detail and eagerness to explain was so refreshing. I usually don’t write reviews due to the shenanigans that a lot of contractors do. During the summer, I had to call twice for different issues with my ac. Louis and Justin arrived on time, they were friendly , knowledgeable, quick to detect issues and repair quickly. It’s hard to find good help with integrity .

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Harold. From the moment I called to schedule service, their customer service team was friendly, responsive, and accommodating.

Once the technician arrived, he took the time to listen carefully to the issues I was having with my AC and performed a thorough inspection before making any recommendations. I was impressed by how knowledgeable and transparent he was throughout the process. He explained exactly what was wrong, showed me the damaged parts, and walked me through the repair options without ever trying to push unnecessary upgrades or add-ons.

The repair itself was done efficiently and neatly — no mess left behind — and the system was up and running better than it has in years. I could tell Harold takes pride in his work and truly cares about the comfort of his customers.

Jose and his team at FL HVAC Team (formerly Air at Your Door) have been supporting all of my HVAC needs for about 5 years now. Jose and team are always super responsive, timely, and courteous.
