I have been impressed with the detail of their quotes, providing all the data needed to properly inform a business of the critical pieces of a complex puzzle. The puzzle includes the proper size of the unit, the brand required based on the equipment location, the curb adapters, the electrical requirements, the actual placement and any consequences relating to the current duct system, county permitting, warranties and proper maintenance of the equipment. Many folks, myself included, do not understand this puzzle which dictates the value of HVACS for years to come. FL HVAC may be slightly more expensive than other companies, however, the level of expertise at each step is a MUST and worth the money. Highly recommend this company.
