Kyle and Jonathan arrived on time for our appointment for our plumbing assessment and to repair our garbage disposal. Kyle flushed our water heater and worked on our garbage disposal. Kyle and Jonathan were professional and friendly. They explained everything they were doing and took care to be neat and clean. I will call Kyle back for any future plumbing work needed.

We called Del-Air to come out and inspect our system. We discussed our concerns with Ryon. He discovered a primary float switch failure which we promptly replaced. He also recommended a surge protector for our Carrier Infinity condensor unit, which we also had him address. He verified functionality and the system is running well. Whenever we need assistance in the future, we'll be sure to ask for Ryon, with an 'o'! Thanks again! 👍

Jonathan Camp and Axavier Cann represented the company exceptionally. Very respectful and personable. Always challenging to have your air system worked on, but feels good when you have solid people representing the company.

Will and Alex did an incredible job installing my new AC system. They were punctual, kind, thorough, and kept us informed every step of the way. They were incredibly polite, left our house cleaner than they found it. Would recommend them every time!

I can’t say enough good things about Del Air (Simpson). Our AC was not cooling correctly overnight. Del Air was able to send a tech immediately, but our unit was completely frozen over. Richard explained that he couldn’t work on it until it defrosted, and it could take up to 24 hrs. It ended up only taking about 6 hrs, but by then it was the end of the work day. I called to see when someone could come back, Richard said he would take care of it that evening even though it was very late. He worked until after 10pm to ensure we had a cool house for our pets and ourselves to sleep in overnight. I can’t thank him enough for fixing our system so quickly!

Jenaire was professional and thoroughly assessed my system. He fixed the immediate issue I had, but also identified some more serious problems leading to my decision to purchase a new system. He worked closely with Keith to give me a number of options and ultimately a very solid deal. I was his last call of A very long day and we didn’t finish until after 9 PM. Despite that, Jenaire Never rushed his assessment, never pressured me to make a decision, Wanted to make sure that I was very comfortable with my decision. Equally important to me, he made what could’ve been a really stressful situation Far more comfortable and pleasant so that I could get to a comfortable decision. I would Give him more stars if available

Shirley and Tyrell came to our house today for my Del Air 6 month check up. They were professional and showed up in the agreed upon window. They asked if my system had any issues. I mentioned that the day before I noticed water leaking from the AC unit inside the garage. They went through their maintenance checklist and after a thorough diagnosis they found a valve wasn’t working correctly and too much Freon was being released causing too much condensation and hence the leak. Shirley and Tyrell gave me options on the repair and associated costs. Keep up the great work and they both deserve a raise!

I'm glad l had a new A/C unit installed. Mr Cutler and Garcia the technicians worked nonstop and answered any questions posed to them. The end result is l have a perfect Bosch system that will last a long time

Love these guys. There are now my forever HVAC team. The amount of knowledge, professionalism and caring from the whole team is amazing. From the Maintenance team, installers, sales and all the way up the main office.
The day before they arrive you get a text about your appointment and a number to call if you need anything. Then the day of your appointment you get a text letting you know your technician is on his way. You get a nice professional and personal mini bio of the person and sometimes a photo. And you always get a phone number to call for any questions. But here’s the thing, when you call you NEVER get a machine or crazy prompts that send you in endless circles for hours (those companies do not deserve your business) you always get a caring HUMAN, (Jesse, Britney or that other nice girl) that help you or immediately send you to someone that will help you.
These are the people that worked for me. Ben was my maintenance technician. I was very impressed with his knowledge and courtesy. Marcus my leak finder on my old Goodman AC. This guy is a walking encyclopedia. I tapped into his brain before he could leave. Steve is the man. He showed me all the best options available for me to choose the best comfort for my budget. Jimmy and Matt did the install, fast, neat and clean. John stopped in that night and did some extra adjustments to the new system.
I’m very impressed. Businesses like this are impossible to find. Hire them and you will enjoy your new relationship.

Kyle Baron was professional and very informative. He took the time to answer all our questions and explain everything he was doing and what he found. He is an excellent plumber. Del-Air now has plumbing and highly recommended them and Kyle. He did our annual plumbing inspection and flushed the water heater.

Mr Martin Cox Did a great job today in my service. Very educational and how the systems work and helped me understand how to continue maintenance. In addition, provided me options on extra protections as in surge.

I had a great experience with Del Air and my service tech, Ryon Johnson, during my recent AC service. He was incredibly nice, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how helpful he was and will definitely be requesting Ryon for any future AC work.
