I am very pleased with the AC maintenance service the two technicians provided! They stayed here almost two hours to do the work and explained to me all the details of the unit’s condition and were very patient to answer all my questions! I was like getting a free educational class! They left the place very neat and clean! With all of these I only paid $29 with the coupon! I highly recommend Del Air Heating company! Thank you so much!

Axavier was a great thorough technician. He explained everything in detail and helped me to make an informed decision for my HVAC system. 5 stars for his service. But gave 4 stars for Del-Airs estimated repair costs! Pretty high!

Herbert Krugercan did a wonderful job today! Our heater was not working when the temperatures outside dropped to freezing and it was as low as 61F inside. I work from home and it was simply very cold 🥶
Herbert found the problem quickly, he was second technician I called, the first one couldn’t figure what was wrong. Also Herbert was able to replace the part on the same evening, so we would have warmth as soon as possible.
Overall the company works fast and efficiently, from the time I called to the visit - 2 hrs, from the visit to repair- 3 hrs. I highly recommend Del-Air company.

Alex Garcia did very good HVAC system repair. Identified the root cause of issue quickly and he has given right direction. He is very good in
professional and friendly approach to customer.

I just had the best air conditioning service as a homeowner. The team of Shirley and Nelson came out today to my home and were simply superb. Their professionalism, commitment to excellence, phenomenal customer, service, and workmanship was above and beyond any other company I have used in the past. What I appreciate most was their honesty, patience, and myopic attention to detail. When it comes time for an air condition, repair or replacement, I give my highest recommendation Del-Air. We originally used Simpson Air and had good experiences with them. Ever since Del Air took over, the service has been awful.

When you call now, you don’t get a local office. You get routed to a call center where the representatives work from home. There’s clearly no central coordination, and it leads to constant miscommunication between the call center and the technicians.

We had full AC maintenance done just a few months ago and were told everything looked perfect. Fast forward three months and the system stops working. The technician shows up and says the unit is low on Freon.

Anyone who understands HVAC knows Freon systems are closed-loop systems, so if it’s low there should be an explanation ... usually a leak or something that needs to be diagnosed.

When I asked what caused the loss of Freon, the technician responded with a rude, dismissive attitude and said: “I’m just here to help. Do you want my help or not?”

No explanation. Just an upsell. To make matters worse, the Freon was marked up significantly compared to normal pricing. It felt like we were taken advantage of in a vulnerable situation when our AC wasn’t working.

Between the lack of communication, rude attitude, and aggressive upselling, the experience was extremely disappointing.

Alex Garcia did a phenomenal job! He was the first one here in the morning and the last one to leave. Installed a brand new AC unit! Was courteous, kind, explained everything thoroughly and clean! Thank you Del-Air for your great installers! The boss from sales got his Entermans soft batch cookies lol

Installation of a completely new Lennox cooling and heating system. Two technicians arrived at their appointment at 9:00AM and finished a very clean job just minutes ago at 4:00PM. They removed the old units inside and outside of the house including a new smart thermostat we can access from our phones. They walked us through client maintenance of filter changes, connecting our new thermostat to our WIFI and inputting all the Lennox id's into our cell phones and advising on how to access our system remotely.They also coached my wife and I how to program most efficient settings for our home.
