Couldn’t be more pleased with the service Richard S. provided during my routine maintenance appointment. He answered all of my questions on his recommendations to keep my HVAC system clean and in good working order. I appreciate that he educates rather than hard sells.

Teshawn M was courteous and thorough. He easily identified the reversed wire and corrected the connection so "heat" mode actually heats instead cools. He also checked ducts and insulation in attic, confirming no repairs were needed. He also quoted on a part which would allow monthly "cleaning" of the drainage line since the coolant formula contains something which frequently coagulates causing drain line to clog. Only things which would have improved the experience is if wires had been properly connected during most recent maintenance service or if service fee was waived/reduced due to the issue being result of mistake by previous technician. But those aren't a reflection on Teshawn.

    Predatory sales tactics!

I have a service contract to have my system cleaned and filters changed. While I was out of town a service person came to conduct the cleaning. My parents were in town visiting and the service person alerted my dad to mold growing in the attic on the HVAC system and sold him a $1600 UV light oxidizer.

Immediately after hearing about this I wrote Air Rescue and requested the pictures of the mold that were shown to my dad on the service techs phone. After 2 weeks and multiple emails I have still received no evidence the mold exists. My past 3 emails requesting a manager contact me for a resolution have gone unanswered.

The company took advantage of my senior citizen father not being physically capable of climbing into the attic to look at what the service tech showed him and used his trusting nature against him to sell a system that is not needed.

I have also requested an invoice that breaks down parts vs labor for the $1600 charge and that request has also gone unanswered.

I will never use this company again.

Keston was very knowledgeable and professional. What I was taken back by was that they no longer use wells fargo for financing. When I had my new unit installed a few years ago, that's who they were associated with and I financed the purchase with. I was going to use my Wells Fargo to cover the cost but wasn't able to.

Huge thanks to Plan B AC for being absolutely AWESOME!
Ivan and Mike came out and repaired my AC, and they were fantastic. They cleaned up after themselves, wore booties, took the time to explain everything, checked the vents, and were so friendly that I felt completely comfortable asking questions.

    I truly appreciate you all!

Teshawn was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the issue of a clogged drip pipe and showed me what came out of it. He was very conscious of putting on and taking off the booties to keep my floors clean as he went in and out of the house.

TeShawn was a delight. He was very pleasant, very thorough in the examination of my ac/heat units. His information was honest. My units are/were from 1990! It is past time for new units. He described the options and recommendations in a clear, again honest, way.
Air Rescue was highly recommended by a neighbor. My heat quit about 1pm. TeShawn was here within 2 hours.
    Thank you!

These guys sold me a unit a few years back. It's still under warranty. It has been problematic from the start. First day after installing a brand new unit the core ruptured and the fan was blown off axis. They fixed it. Every few months after the unit won't kick on. They installed part after part. Then tell me my ducts are too small for the unit. After spending 10k on the unit they tell me it will be 12k to change the ducts. Yes. 12k. Needless to say on one trip they inadvertently fixed the unit and I swore against calling them. Well this morning my condenser was smoking. So I call them because after all it's under warranty. Well guy comes out and says that that was the defrost mode, but my unit is low on refrigerant. Says it will be 600 to put dye in it to find the leak. That is not covered by warranty. Well I say do it. Then he calls back and says he won't put in the refrigerant until I get the entire duct system replaced. I say how much. He says if I had gotten it done a few years ago it would have been cheaper. I say how much he says $14,300. They have to completely redesign the air duct system. I'm not sure who has 14,300 lying around these days but I am disabled veteran on fixed budget. And now they won't even find the leak in the system. That's extortion. Bottom line. If you have an A/C problem don't call anyone who sells and installs for a living. Call a regular plumber or HVAC tec.

I have had my unit for over 10 years. I have my maintenance done regularly. And I have had to replace little items for the unit to continue to work well. As with any air conditioner from any Company.
Everybody that I have ever talked to when I call or they call me have been Nice and professional. All of the Service people that have worked on it (and that hasn’t been a lot) have done a very good job. And by the way, they are the ones that installed it. At a very reasonable price.
Thank you, Air Rescue and your employees For taking such good care of me and my unit.

Today was my first time using Air Rescue, and I was truly impressed. From the start, their communication was excellent — they confirmed my appointment, sent reminders, and even texted me a tracking link when my technician, Luis B., was on the way.

Luis was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He performed a thorough inspection of my AC system, explained everything clearly, and completed the necessary maintenance. I especially appreciated the detailed follow-up report with photos of each component.

I was so confident in the service that I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. Thank you, Air Rescue, for restoring my faith in quality service!

Teshaun was very professional. He kept me informed every step of the way. The only thing I was surprised about was the $75 warranty charge. I was only informed about the diagnostic charge of $69 when I made the appointment. The warranty charge wasn't revealed until I was paying the bill. I don't think people who pay your company for a yearly service contract should be subject to these charges.
