Service was amazing, Fernando came out and explained what was happening with my A/C, thank you sun air

Dayron came today and gave a great presentation. Professional and knowledgeable about ac products. He was straight forward as to which would service our needs and expectations.

Unfortunately, we did not receive a good experience with the service technician sent by this A/C Company. His main concern was to SELL us new products and not focus on the routine maintenance. When I scheduled the routine maintenance, I informed the scheduler that our HVAC was in the attic. When the technician arrived, he didn't have a ladder. He had to use our ladder. He disconnected our iFlo system to flush out the drainpipe, but failed to reconnect the iFlo cap. The iFlo system is programed to dispense automatically, so this resulted in the solution being dispensed to the attic floor. We were disappointed with this company.

Damion was excellent. He happened to be in the neighborhood and saw that we had called for an appointment tomorrow and was willing to come out late in the evening.
Very professional! Very knowledgeable! He was very efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and offered a range of solutions allowing me to pick. That was a very ethical thing to do.
I will recommend Damien and Sun Air in the future.

I needed some AC maintenance and minor AC repairs as requested on a home inspection report while selling a condo. And I needed it in a hurry to make a 15 day closing. Sun Air to the rescue. Completely professional and all work done was itemized on an invoice.

Today, a maintence technician, Matthew, serviced my AC unit. He is knowledgeable, and an efficient technician. I appreciated his thoroughness in completing our bi-annual maintenance. He didn't skip a thing! Thanks to all of you at Sun AIR, my new HVAC company. I do miss, John, at John's Heat & Air, but it appears as though he left his clients in good hands!

Sun Air has always provided the best service in the Tampa Bay Area! I’ve had an intermittent problem with my AC and heat. Intermittent problems are frustrating! I appreciate Micki listening patiently while I described the problems. Jeff the HVAC tech has worked diligently to diagnose and fix all of my AC/heating system issues. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are scammers and overcharge women. I wish I could give this company zero stars. I used them for an install of a mini split and another company came out to do the work. I then bought a service contract and they sent out another company to perform that service. The company they sent was great and those techs said I needed a $20 part sometime in the future and showed me how to replace it since they didn’t have the part on hand. When they discovered they had the part in their truck, they offered to replace it for me since it was so cheap to replace. However, I received a bill for $340 for this part shortly afterwards. I wrote and called them several times trying to resolve this issue. The owner was awful, arrogant, and was not willing to compromise to any cost under $250 even though I showed him the average price for the service was under $100 and they had failed to offer me an estimate prior to the service being done. I ended up canceling my annual contract, even though I was owed another visit because I do not trust this company to come into my house. My friend was so disgusted with how I was treated that he canceled his annual contract with this company as well. Do not make the same mistake I did by hiring a company who literally subcontracts all of their work out and then charges truly ridiculous prices, and then hangs up on you when you ask for your contract to be canceled.

Very efficient and friendly service. Fernando went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were taken care of. Highly recommended.

Our AC went out and we put in a service call. We had the pleasure of being taken care of by Dayron. Dayron was on time and efficiant. He worked with us and we ended up replacing our old AC unit rather than patching the system. We have been using Johns AC and we had good service with them. They ended up merging with Sun Air. I will continue to use the company to maintain my AC.

Excellent service from Fernando on our system cleaning and tune up. Very detailed and informative with pictures and explanations of all concerns.

Incredibly unprofessional installer. He helped himself to waters from my fridge (I would have given if asked) and admitted he was underprepared to do the job. He told us he would use a short cut. When I called the manager before installation to discuss details she was very sassy with me and spoke to me like I was an idiot. We’ve been using them for years but not anymore

Fernando explained all the issues we had going on, repairs were at a fair price, will definitely be recommending sun air to my neighbors

They installed a replacement 3 ton system. It keeps leaking cold air in the garage around the duct to air handler. They have been out 4 times and still not fixed. After 3 weeks the mastech they put around the duct is still wet and dripping. My neighbors have seen them out here so much trying to fix this that they now know who not to call. Guess I will keep patching the leaks myself. Got no paper work on the new system or a manual with the new thermostat. No warranty papers.
Will have to find someone who can fix there mistakes.

Fernando came out to replace thermostat and did an outstanding job. Would definitely recommend Fernando and sun air services.

Love Sun Air! Jen in the front office is always a pleasure to communicate with, kind, funny and runs a tight ship. She makes scheduling a breeze, getting us scheduled as quickly as possible! Fernando was our technician today, courteous, knowledgeable and educated us on a few things to do differently to help our system run more efficiently. He installed 2 new thermostats as well, very quickly I might add! We've been using them for several years! Highly recommend them.

DO NOT use this company. They installed a new unit and handler in our home. The handler is now leaking due to faulty equipment. Even with the 10 yr warranty they are stating the part that is not working correctly isn’t included but THEY installed it. I am getting the run around with proof of purchase that I need for our home owners insurance. The lady on the phone was so rude and condescending. This was the worst choice for AC installation.
