Justin was very knowledgeable polite and a very nice man I cannot say enough good things about him Carly seems pretty cool also(pun intended) she’s the phone girl and the 2 guys who installed my new and shiny hvac unit did an amazing job start to finish

Absolutely horrific experience with their plumbing services. We experienced a tremendous amount of negligent and incompetent work, delays, mistakes, damages, lies, and ultimately no accountability. Truly disheartening what we were promised when paying in full versus what was delivered.

He called and asked if he could come over early. I like that! He was courteous, very knowledgeable. Did all the checks on my system and all is good. Nice gentleman thank you!

People with Integrity is just not easy to find. I was over charged for the UV light installation. Matt exaggerated the description of the job, his verbal inflated description of what the job entailed was not what was done. He exaggerated about cleaning out my AC prior to installing a light, all he did was spray some deodorizer and wipe with a paper towel for almost double the price to install the UV light. NOT what was expected.
Why present some inflated story to manipulate people like that. I could have had my neighbor who work with another company install the UV light for under $700, but my loyalty to ACS placed me at this disposition. I really don’t mind paying for fair service but I hate to be manipulated and lied to. All other technician open the outside unit and cleaned it from inside out, he cleaned my outside unit from the outside in, spraying the dirt into the coil, he was very scared in labor. Very poor quality work. he was leaving my AC powered off and other areas uncovered. He didn’t checked to ensure everything was okay before leaving and he didn’t clean up after his work, I had to clean up after his work, not acceptable work practice.
I have been waiting for the email documentation of service description that he said I would have before he leaves my gate and had not received to date. This is legal documentation that every service provider must provide to customer and should be forthcoming.

All of the ACS employees we dealt with were efficient and friendly. The installers did a great job and cleaned up after themselves very well. My entire family has used ACS for years and we highly recommend them!

Gary was puntual with the appointment, very professional explaining the 3 months maintenance service he was going to do. Today’s service experience was consistent with ACS Home Service previous experiences… all positive!

Rich stopped by our house to provide us with an estimate today and he was great! He worked us into his schedule and gave us good and honest feedback on our needs for a new A/C unit! Thanks, Rich!

Mr. Michael Bush, A/C technician from the ACS Home Services was puntal, friendly and courteous. He checked the A/C unit thoroughly and communicated to me and my husband of the problem and how to repair it. He was detailed and answered all our questions. We look forward to have the job done.

Since i have been asked 4 times for a review here it is. He came to my house gave us the estimate and left. No work was performed so hard to rate. He was friendly at least. I think price is expensive for work being requested. Over 700$ to install 2 fans not including cost of fans.

Matt was very nice and thorough; however, I am still not convinced that I still do not have a problem with my AC condenser leaking oil, even though he stated things were ok, based on what I see on the condenser and bottom of the AC unit outside.

I was impressed, Eric was courteous and very professional. He explained the problems with my present AC system and my options to with estimated costs. No pressure just information so I could make an informed decision.

Gary as an individual was wondering to work with. He spent a lot of time working on the water line that was clogged. He managed to clear the line enough for us to have a functional sink. Gary assembled a new PVC piping. I was sticker shocked by the cost and was completely taken off guard. My only concern outside of the pricing, is that I would have appreciated and actually expected the kitchen area to be straightened up when the job was done. My father is elderly and runs the risk of falling so please be mindful for future reference OTHERWISE this was an EXPENSIVE but rather pleasant experience with Gary.

Justin was fine we are questioning what is in the cleaning though. They scheduled me for 1 -1.5 hrs he was here maybe 10 minutes. Cleaning the condenser coils is not included in the cleaning. We're just wondering why the 1.5 hr time slot was filled for a 10 minute glance over.

I had a leak in my ceiling from my AC units drain pan overflowing. They come up clear the drain line. Tell me I need all new duct and my air handler cabinet reinsulated, cost about for $20,000. I said OK replaced it.

Two months later the AC system was running worse then ever after. They send a guy out tells me its the Thermostat. They replace it. They then come out for a tuneup a month later. They check my units. Drain Pan full of water still, mold in the system, heat feature not working, blower motor not working, capacitors working fine but they tell me I need new ones. Quote me $3500 to "clean everything up" and say they need a more advanced tech to come out and troubleshoot the issue with the heat and blower motor. This 3500 didn't even cover fixing everything just more diagnostics. So probably looking several thousand dollars more. The air handler is only a year old.

The reply to this message is also a lie. Management did not reach out and does not care.

Pretty much they upsell you on stuff you dont actually need. That is how they train the staff, upsell upsell upsell and dont actually fix anything that really needs fixing. Do not use them.

Rich came out to check a system that his company does not work on nor with. $49 down the drain. I specifically asked Larry, who scheduled my appointment, if they work with this particular softener system before scheduling and I was told they do. On top of that, they had to reschedule my initial appointment to the next day at no fault of my own which at the time was very inconvenient. Rich pretty much wanted me to just replace my entire water system for $5200 instead of just recommending I find a company that works on this model softener. Will not be using them again, very disappointing. The only reason they didn’t get 1 star is because of the professionalism.

John is a very knowledgeable Plumber, I use the services of ACS to diagnose why I was receiving high water bills, and he discovered the problem was not me coming from inside my home (no leaks were found inside my home). It was the problem of the owner of the lot!) which will save me futuremoney! John takes his time and checks everything out thoroughly! I highly recommend John and ACS Home Services for any of your plumbing needs!

Have been using them for a while. Cecile came today to service my AC. He was professional courteous and very friendly. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC and plumbing needs.

Justin was very friendly and courteous and provided excellent service for our bi-yearly maintenance. He recommended a few parts be replaced and installed them in a timely manner. We are very happy with our ongoing service overall.

My techs name was Paul. He was so sweet amd very nice to my pets. He was extremely informative and helpful with my ac needs. I will definitely be back for any future needs !

PAUL was awesome.. very informative, super helpful, I appreciated his politeness/respectfulness in asking could he cover his shoes before walking in my home. His estimates were fair...He answered all my questions professionally, I haven't decided to move forward with the company as of yet but when I do Paul will be a big reason for my decision.
