We had a great experience with Air Titans! Elias Rivera performed HVAC maintenance on our home and was fantastic to work with. He took the time to clearly explain the condition of our system, broke down any concerns in a way that was easy to understand, and provided multiple options (with pricing) to help us decide the best path forward for improving efficiency. We really appreciated his transparency and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Air Titans to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable service!

Do not use this company, they will sell you a full overpriced unit that doesn't function accordingly to how its supposed to. Don't complete paid work. They're horrible at customer service. End up blocking my number. Damaged 2 of my dry walls and had to pay additional to get that fixed. Do not used this company, save your money. They are scammers that love to take advantage of hard working paying people. Never thought this day and age I would be treated like this by them... Kept calling me weird things as if we were buddies. No sir, you can call me brother, bro nor my man... You're not even my complexion. My daughter wanted me to record them. After the bad service and treatment they gave us, I called back, the customer service answered 2 times. Told me they would swing by to fix the issues the next day, they never showed. Called back but they never answered. I'm thinking they've blocked my number.

Dave is an amazing team member and very professional. He got the job done and cleaned up when finished. Thanks and look forward to my ongoing maintenance plan.

(I’m typically reluctant with this industry as they’re always trying to up charge you and I just had to complete opposite experience which was refreshing!

George was an excellent technician! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely nice throughout the entire visit. He took his time during our AC maintenance, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood what was going on with our system.

Most importantly, he was able to identify the problem with our AC that had been causing issues, which gave us so much peace of mind. He did a very thorough and detailed job, and you can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers.

We really appreciate his honesty and expertise, highly recommend George for any AC service!

Jeff was fantastic. He arrived within the appointment window and called to let me know he was on his way. He was super thorough, took pictures of everything so I could see what he was talking about and walked me through absolutely everything he was doing and what the outcome or recommendation was. He followed up promptly with the estimates and I'm very clear on what all the options are. I was very comfortable having him in my house. I will be using Air Titans in the future.

Blake went above and Beyond the call of duty today. His level of professionalism, attention to detail and experience was at full display during my service call. Update 2/26: I signed up for the bi annual maintenance checks and just had my first one. Elias was the technician and was wonderful. Once again I learned a ton (they should hire me at this point!) and he was very thorough both in his inspection and explanation as to what is needed vs. nice to have.
My furbabies and I cannot recommend him enough!

Had a great experience with One Way Air. Tim was an excellent service technician—quick to respond, highly professional, and got everything taken care of efficiently. Would definitely recommend using this company and will continue to use them in the future.

One Way Air is the real deal! We had an unexpected AC issue, and they swooped in to save the day, even on Labor Day! Their team quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately scheduled as early as next day to replace our drip pan, rerun the drip line, and rewrap insulation. Fair pricing, quick service, and top-notch quality. Highly recommend!

Had someone come out Saturday. Told me my motor was bad and quoted me $1300. Had to pay $85 for the consultation. Turned out to be a $20 capacitor. Bragged about all 5 star reviews but I guess I am out $85. This is the only bad review I have ever left on Google

Jesus was super helpful to getting my AC drainage flushed. He was very fast, courteous, & thorough, & answered all my questions. He even helped me to be set up for success with future AC maintenance.

Edit: The team did my install and I have a service plan with them that helps keep my system running well. They even installed surge protection for my unit. I truly appreciate this company and the quality workers they have.

Another Edit: Chase came to assess my system after getting some remodeling done (dust takeover). He helped me get a UV light installed which gives me so much peace of mind. As always it’s a true pleasure working with this company.
