Let me start off by saying Phenomenal, No one will ever service my home again, except One Way Air !!. I was in a major problem with an air-conditioning system was quoted super high by a competitor, not given the attention necessary.

Gave One Way Air a call immediately was called by the owner Jeff, we had Super down to earth conversation around options, very knowledgeable and extremely Accommodating. In 36 hours, I had a full system installed with some of the best craftsmanship and work I’ve ever seen in the industry The removal installation and cleanup it was almost like they were never there. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and efficient, very polite and respectful.

I highly highly recommend trusting one way air with your home or business.

My experience with this company was great, the technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable on what he was doing. He kept me informed as to what the problem with my AC unit was. He never tried to forced me into a contract. I highly recommend this company, if you have any issue with your AC unit.

Friday night my AC stopped working. A weekend is the worst time to for it to go out. After spending an hour on the phone calling after hour company’s (even my go to company I have a service contract with) no one was available. I made one last call to One Way Air thinking they would say no because they weren’t local. To my surprise, whoever answered my call was amazing. Even being an hour away, they sent Tim at 11:00 at night. Communication was on point. He called when he was 30 minutes out. Tim was extremely professional from the first hello hand shake to the thank you for all you help hand shake. The news wasn’t what we wanted to hear but after sitting with Tim and going over different options, we decided on purchasing a whole new unit. The pricing was in my book absolutely fair. Friday night I gained a new go to AC company. I want to thank Tim for his professionalism and knowledge, the lady that answered my call and able to get someone out so late and the owner who worked with us on pricing of our new unit. As I write this, my new unit is being installed, Zach and Juan are the two installers. Again, communication on point, 30 minutes away call. Greeted us with professionalism. The guys are almost done and and I got to say I’m extremely pleased! Going above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Definitely noticed how neat and clean and respectful of my property and house they are. Great teamwork!!! One way Air deserves 10 stars. You can tell this company takes pride in their company, employees, and product. Thank you again… look forward to continuing doing business with you again!!

I called and that same day our technician showed up. Worked with us on a time and everything. Milan was our tech and he was beyond amazing. Super knowledgeable and straight to the point on our problem. Had our AC back up and running in 20 minutes time. Highly recommend and will be using them moving forward for all our AC needs. 5 stars. Above and beyond.

I’ve used One Way Air several times now and the service and professionalism is always great! Today Chase came for our AC Maintenance service and did an excellent job. He was polite and professional. We previously had our system cleaned by One Way Air and a UV light installed. Chase mentioned how clean everything still looked and how everything they had previously done has kept our system running in great shape. He gave me a couple recommendations without making me feel pressured and that is a rare thing these days! I would highly recommend them for any Air Conditioner needs.

Tim was excellent! He was very nice, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. I really appreciated how honest he was, especially since I don’t have much to spend right now. I explained my situation, and unlike past experiences I’ve had with other companies, he treated me with respect and gave me clear, trustworthy advice. Very pleased! The Tune up special was a great deal. A good price on anything these days is very hard to come by, really appreciate this. Tim provided outstanding service! He set up the thermostat exactly how I wanted it which was a big help as the previous owner did not leave any instructions. I also needed some other information about the system and Tim was happy to help. This is my first time using One Way Air. I will definitely use them again!

Tim Serrano of One Way Air is a true Hero! Our air quit working while we had company in from TN and GA. I told him the situation over the phone and he came to our house within 2 hrs of my call. He cleaned our drain pipe (clogged) and got our air running in record time. He will never know how much we all appreciated his time and expertise. We knew he should have been on his way home on Friday 9/26/25, but he added us as his last stop of the day. Thank you Tim for your superior customer service. You are truly, truly appreciated!
