We recently used Air Titans for both an HVAC system inspection and a full duct cleaning, and we were very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. Elias was amazing! He was super communicative before the appointment, and very thorough and informative while onsite. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and clearly takes pride in his work.

To be honest, my initial interaction with customer service could have been smoother, but once past that, the experience was excellent. We actually used them twice in one week, first for an HVAC inspection (and repair) and then for duct cleaning. We even signed up for a service plan going forward.

Pricing was also great. When you book your first service on a deal, you never know if there’s going to be a catch, but there wasn’t! No upselling or high-pressure sales tactics!

Blake did a perfect job of maintaining and changing capacitor for us today. Within an hour he made everything back to 100% functional and saved us from the risk of broken AC in the middle of coming summer.

We’ve had some nightmares with AC companies but Elias came out and he was so informative, communicative, and awesome at helping us with every little thing regarding our AC unit as well recommendations. We signed up for yearly maintenance & he came back today with the same amazing service. Highly recommend for their professionalism and straight forward pricing.

Elias was very courteous and polite throughout the entire visit. He was dedicated to doing his job properly and took his time with everything, never rushing through the process. He clearly explained how the AC unit works in a way that was easy for me to understand, which I really appreciated. He also recommended installing a UV light to help prevent bacteria from accumulating in the AC unit. It was a thoughtful and informative suggestion, and definitely something I plan on doing in the near future.

I just had Air Titans come out and do my duct work. My technician Dave was very professional in every way possible. He explained everything that he was going to do and he did it with such precision. I was very impressed with the whole process. It only took about an hour and a half. He cleaned up everything as he left and I would definitely recommend this company to anybody that's looking to get their air ducts cleaned.

Jackson was absolutely phenomenal and extremely professional from start to finish. He cleaned and sanitized my air ducts thoroughly and took the time to show me all the gunk he removed, which was honestly eye-opening. What really stood out was how well he explained the entire process and educated me along the way, making sure I understood exactly what was being done and why it mattered. On top of that, he was courteous enough to sweep up and leave everything clean with no mess behind. Excellent service, great attitude, and very knowledgeable — I highly recommend Jackson to anyone needing air duct cleaning.

I used their company because of the good reviews, big mistake. They are not professionals at all. Only talked to me for over an hour of what they were planning on doing for the heating and A/c installment. They did the job in a hurry, they kept calling to their company asking for spare parts but the parts never came. After me asking them about the parts they needed, the installer said they had what they needed.. the first 2 days the system broke down, called them back, came over, fixed it with other parts, was fine for 5 more days but then broke down again after that. They ignored me after the first week, never answer calls because of the phone number I. D. They never completed the job . They did over charged me. Ive had to hire new people to fix the horrible mess they left behind. Will have to take legal actions in order to get my money back. Don't trust these guys, they will rob you blind.

I am so impressed with Felix. He arrived at my home and knew exactly what to do once I described my A/C issue. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and made sure things worked before he left. He is a great asset to Air Titans. I am one happy customer!
