Review for Brian at ACS

I am pleased to share my experience with Brian from ACS, who has consistently been the technician we see the most. His dedication to his work is evident in his thoroughness; he takes his time to ensure every detail is addressed. Brian is an excellent communicator, explaining everything clearly and effectively. I appreciate that he follows up a few days after his visits to check in and see how things are going. It's great to have someone who knows his stuff and genuinely cares about his clients. Brian is a fantastic all-around person, and I highly recommend his services!

Michael at ACS came out same day on a Sunday to help get my Google Nest thermostat up and running. Fixed the issue right away and provided helpful advice.

Brian was awesome, came today and did the maintenance and went the extra mile and cleaned the filter and showed me how to do it myself so I can do it monthly. I had never had to do it before. He was very quiet and checked everything to be sure it was working properly. Very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

Alex was amazing! My In-Laws AC wasn’t working and the house was so hot. He came out quickly, explained everything he was doing, and even took the time to clean the unit. He was professional, super courteous, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. Highly recommend!

I’m basing this review on an assessment and bid from Paul. The company from the first phone call has been professional and very patient with me. I was given a next day appointment and communication alerting me beforehand was great. When Paul arrived to give me an estimate he was professional, friendly, efficient, and brought booties which I always appreciate. He also seemed very informed. I definitely recommend this company based on great customer service.

Matt did a great job also he informed me that I need to be thinking about replacing my a/c unit soon. Gave me estimate on the new unit and my electric box outside. Matt did a wonderful job today

Everything was great! Gary B. was punctual and expedient. He explained everything throughly and answered all of our questions. We couldn't have had a better technician!

Paul did an outstanding job diagnosing the issue with my AC system. He was quick, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout the entire process. I really appreciated how thoroughly he documented everything and explained the problem clearly. On top of that, he provided an affordable and honest estimate. I highly recommend Paul for anyone needing reliable AC service!

Justin did an amazing job. Incredibly friendly and taught me how to do some routine AC cleaning between services. This was a routine AC cleaning that was covered with the cost of installation.

Danny did a fantastic job explaining what it takes to get a whole house generator! In particular he covered the laws, permitting process, HOA issues and most importantly for us, how to fit it in when there isn’t much space between us and the neighbor’s house. We really feel confident in his ability to get it done right.

The representative John Rice was very professional and knowledgeable in regards to resolving my plumbing concerns, in additional he installed a new kitchen faucet. Great service.

Brian was extremely professional and very methodical in how he handled our concerns. He wore shoe covers inside the home and you could tell he cared about his customers. I trust Brian moving forward and want him to be my technician moving forward due to this amazing experience. Great work Brian and thank you!

Had a phenomenal experience with Tony. He was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My AC stopped cooling and Tony found the exact issue. He then explained what happened in a way that was easy to understand. He answered every question I had, especially when it came to understanding how cooling should work. I would highly recommend Tony.

Tech left without talking to us when he was finished. But he told his company that he did. This shows me that you have not dealt with us honestly. Because of this, my trust has been eroded. Now I am not sure that the work was done honestly.

Gary was great. Went over everything, was very clear with a plan, and up front with all pricing. And, he was fantastic with out animals. Excellent service.

Rich was professional and took time to answer my questions . He recommended a surge protector for my AC unit while explaining the reasons and benefits as well as the cost. I agreed to have one installed and he was able to install it after he completed my AC maintenance. Everything done in 1 visit, reasonable price when you have a membership. Rich is an example of why I use this company for AC servicing.

Paul came out to give us a quote and walked us through the process. I’m not certain if this is the way we will go given the limitations on our property but he was great and very knowledgeable.

Evan was great! He was very thorough. He explained what he was going to do beforehand, and then went into detail with his findings, including pictures. He gave me a went over next steps, and a recommendation. I would highly recommend him!

We called ACS for leak detection. They were very responsive and sent a tech out way very quickly. Our tech, Luis, was very friendly and explained the services he would be providing and the overall process for finding our problem.

I’m extremely happy that Alex was the tech who came out today. Alex found a potential problem with the drain for my AC unit. He was able to get it cleaned up and the drain is working again. I would recommend Alex to anyone who asks.
