Paul from ACS Home Services was excellent during the recent freeze. He quickly diagnosed our heat pump issue accurately—no problems with the unit, just normal for FL systems in sub 25°F temps. He was completely honest, explained everything clearly, and could have pushed unnecessary repairs or upgrades but didn't. Professional and trustworthy highly recommend ACS!

No hesitation, without a doubt 5 stars. Thoroughly knowledgeable. Ask questions so as to understand all the issues completely. Came up with some thoughtful suggestions. I suppose, most importantly, he made me feel comfortable. That’s really important.

Gary arrived on time as promised despite rush hour traffic. He was kind, courteous, and very professional. He demonstrated a high level of knowledge, skills, and abilities in troubleshooting my AC problem and quickly determined the issue. After getting my AC back up and running, he cleaned up behind himself and gave me the contact information for any needed follow up visits. As a satisfied customer, I highly recommend ACS Home Service for HVAC maintenance and repair.

I got a brand new AC unit installed indoors as well as the unit outside. ACS charged over $15,000 total for all the work they did. It immediately began making loud noises and did not work to the given specifications. Sometimes it wouldn't even blow out cold air. When it does, it is not powerful at all, the unit is extremely loud (see attached video) and wakes us up in the middle of the night, the temperature is not as cold as it is supposed to be, and it takes more than 4-5 hours to drop only 4 degrees. They sent technicians to my house 8 times, and replaced 4 or more parts over the course of their visits. During the third visit, they had to cut the pipes again so that they could blow out a blockage. A bunch of oil came out of the brand new pipe. After the eighth visit, it still does not work properly, and still makes EXTREMELY loud noises. I called the company and told them that I want a completely new unit. They told me that as long as it eventually reaches the temperature, that they will not replace the unit. They said it doesn't matter how long it takes. Also, they were going to charge me to have another technician come and take another look at it. This company is ridiculous. They respond to this review saying they will come out again. Yeah, and charge more money to fix a busted unit that they gave me. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Update: The outside unit is dead and no longer turns on. We called to have it looked at, and he said that since the temperature is currently what it was set at when we called, it's normal. Of course it is normal when it doesn't need to change the temperature! When the temperature outside is too hot or cold, it doesn't regulate the temperature inside because the outside unit is dead.

Dave was very courteous and pleasant in his communication explaining existing issues and the resolutions for the issues.
Always kept us informed of his progress and afterwards displayed the finished work.

Recently moved into a house and out of all the services we purchased, AirTitans was top notch. Elias showed up to do a duct cleaning and as he was doing the inspection he noticed that our issue was something the duct cleaning wouldn’t solve. Elias worked with us to get the best option and returned the following week with Blake to complete the necessary services. Both Elias and Blake were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, respectful and efficient. I would highly recommended this company to anyone looking for HVAC service, and will be using them for future issues.

Jackson was super knowledgeable. On arrival he was courteous and friendly. He assisted by explaining to me the issues and showed pictures of the problems we were dealing with along with a variety of options to improve our AC issues. Air Titans prices were by far more competitive than our old AC company. Plus they advised the previous quote we had done by another company was not necessary and we saved ourselves literally thousands of dollars by getting a second opinion and using Air Titans. We invested in UV lights as we have been wanting this to keep mold and bacteria levels down due to Florida humidity issues. The work was completed quickly and in a timely manner. Our home smells great as their service plans include a sanitation through our HVAC system. We had never heard of this service before and we paid their competitor more for the service plan each year. Jackson advised us of the follow up care and attention we should receive now that we are on the schedule for regular checkups. We are thankful for Jackson’s outstanding service today and look forward to sharing our experience with friends and residents in our neighborhood.

Marc did an outstanding job servicing my home AC unit! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in his work. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure the unit was running perfectly before leaving. I also appreciated how respectful and courteous he was while working in my home. It’s not easy finding reliable technicians these days, but Marc truly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing AC service—you can count on him for excellent, honest, and efficient work!

Never ended up using their service. Called about getting an estimate and using their current promotion and they gave me some runaround about my home being bigger than 2000 sq feet and how it didn’t qualify for the promotion and that someone would have to come out and give me an estimate that I would have to pay $89 for. When I asked about how much the cost of the cleaning for home my size would usually run he said without an estimate he wasn’t sure but ballpark he had seen them over $500. So from $189 to $500 right there with no promise of actual price and $89 upfront to come out. The only asterisk on the marketing promotion limits it to new customers and says nothing about size of the home. I would have considered hitting this company had they been honest from the beginning, but with all the hiding right from the start why should I trust them to be honest with their estimate.

I had a bad experience as an elderly person with them. They did the job but then I found out that it was done poorly. My heater never heated my house! It was freezing and ive got sick many times. I tried getting them to come back and fix it but they ended up making an excuse not to come. I payed over 4k for a simple job yet they over charged me and didn't fixed my heater. I thought they were responsible, nice and honest fellows but they only talked to me for over an hour only to end up leaving and not fixing the problem the only time they visited me to see what the problem was. If I knew this was how they worked now in days I would have saved my money. No honesty what's so ever with the elderly . Shame on you.! 😢

Elias was extremely professional and informative throughout the entire visit. He took his time, didn’t rush the process, and thoroughly inspected the full HVAC system — including crawling into the attic to make sure everything was checked properly.
