Keston and Adam were very kind and polite. However, I was told during my AC maintenance that they couldn't check my R22 because it would leak out and freon is obsolete (although I have read there is still recycled freon available for those with older units.) The hose was pulled out to clean the coils and whatever else they clean with the hose, but the unit was completely dry. The top was drill back on as soon as I walked away.
I was not asked about my thermostat, nor was I asked about or offered a new filter. I did not receive any maintenance pictures of what was checked or numbers from the diagnotic tool like the last time. So please tell me what I paid for? I only got a receipt for payment of $79.
This is not the same service or maintenance I have received in the past.

Justin was awesome! . They kept me apprised of the process, double checked everything, even called back a week later to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend them ! Price, service and communication was exceptional!

Keston was great. He was very pleasant and it didn’t take him long to diagnose or fix my A/C unit! His assistant was very pleasant as well. They were both knowledge!

I have been utilizing Plan B AC for about 3 years to service my AC unit and they have always delivered . I get regular reminders if my service appointments and there’s never any “ High Pressure” tactics to purchase add ons. I would recommend their services.

Justin was great! There was awesome communication and came out right away to assess to problem and since didn’t have a part in our size on hand made sure to come out the next day instead of making us wait til the next week! So happy he got our A/C up and running again! Thank you!

Tried Plan B for first time after hearing MJ recommendation.

We have never had anything but stellar service from this business. I read the other reviews about Justin and they are spot on. The first time I met Justin was when his grandfather was teaching him about HVAC units and they worked on my unit. Justin learned the business well and deserves every one of the previous glowing comments. When we called for service today the text showed they were sending someone else and I was unsure if anyone else could be as nice, thorough and knowledgeable as Justin. Well, it was Justin’s brother and he has all the same great qualities as Justin! This company hit the jackpot with these two fine young men.

Plan B was the fourth company we had out to our house and the ONLY one who got it right! Keston was a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional technician. He showed up early (7:30 a.m. on a Saturday), did a thorough job and gave us all the options available based on the problem found. Plan B AC is wonderful and honest! I had another company I used for years quote me $10,000 for a job, and when Plan B AC came out for a second opinion, they let me know what really needed to be done and quoted me $2000. I also found out that the previous company made mistakes when they installed my new HVAC system 4 years ago, and that caused the problem that I was currently having. Plan B came out, corrected the shoddy workmanship, did what really needed to be done, and my system has been running smoothly ever since! Keston and Justin did a fantastic job, were very knowledgeable, and very respectful. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with! Plan B is my new AC company! I highly suggest giving them a call. You will not regret it!

Great service, and honest agents. I had an agent from ANOTHER company claim I needed a whole new AC at a cost of 6.6K. Called Plan B and my AC was up and running in less than an hour! Turns out all I actually needed was a few replacement parts. I had been using that other company for about 2 years and with every visit they try to sell me on a new system by using scare tactics, and exaggerating the repair work needed. So happy I decided to get that second opinion. I’m DONE with that other company. Plan B you’re my new go-to AC company! Thanks MJ Morning Show for the recommendation!

I got the recommendation from MJ Morning Show which was advised that they were very good company they would not come out and try to replace my unit which they didn't I am shocked by the price but I am happy for the 10% off that I got for mentioning the MJ Morning Show and the representative was very nice and thorough and explained everything well and getting my system up and running without any complications so I'm very happy with it

So trouble company . Show up for routine service which is common to clean lines and check Freon level hose the out side unit. Guess what $89 work requested me 300% just to vacuum and check outside unit.

Great service! Honest. On time. Thorough. Good price. Came with everything they needed in a box-truck. I was also informed that if our AC is under warranty and needs a part replaced, that they contact the warranty company and handle everything start to finish. I'll definitely be using them from now on. Thank you Keston (and partner)!

Here's what happened. Just the facts. I called them to fix my a/c unit because the heat wasn't working. They were on-time and called me one hour before to confirm the appointment (that's why they got two starts instead of one). They analyzed my unit for a few minutes and found the issue. The technician told me the thermostat was wired for a straight cool unit and not for a heat pump. He said he would need to rewire the t-stat to fix the problem and it will be $300. I mentioned that it would only take a couple of minutes to re-wire the t-stat, why is it so much money? He said, and I quote, "You aren't paying me for my time, you are paying me for my knowledge." I asked him to leave then I paid the service fee of $79.
