They came out and told me I needed a new system. Their price was high so I called Montgomery they came out made some adjustments and the unit is still working a year layer They charged me $55 for the "service call". Really???

My heating/air conditioning unit makes a noise. The fan on the unit stops when it rains then freezes up.
They sent a person to check it out. I was told I needed a rain gutter because the run off water effects the unit. It's different then if it rains and water gets into.
I have never heard anything so ridiculous. Water is water. So now I dont have the heat on when it rains.
I freeze in my home after spending thousands on the unit.
Not happy with Central and will never refer them.

They have always responded quickly to calls. I needed a repair done recently and they came out ASAP. Cost was very reasonable. They’re great!

A/C stopped working. We noticed neighbor was having their system serviced. Called them up to see if they could look at our system since they were close. Shortly later very nice gentleman shows up and promptly takes care of our problem. Excellent service all the way around!

Replaced the old HVAC system in the old house I bought. Just in time for the coldest weather this year. They are The BEST! Totally professional and old school courtesy. Would use again and again.

I am very happy with the services I receive from Central. They keep their appointments and the service people always call to say they are on their way. Always professional friendly service. I signed up for their service program and that has worked out great for me. They come out in the spring and the fall for service just before the heating and cooling seasons start. With this service program there is also some free service calls. Service company's are a hot and cold thing for me. I feel lucky to have found these guys. I know I didn't have to much luck with one electrical company and plumbing company. The electrical work I'm still looking. The plumbing work, I just have been doing myself.

We purchased Central Heating & Cooling HVAC systems for our commercial business building and we also use their annual maintenance plan, which works out great and keeps our systems running smoothly year-round. Highly recommend this company for commercial and residential needs. They are always professional and friendly, with great service.

We had 3 different techs come out from this company through the last week, but Chris came and fixed our AC blower motor today and was amazing! By far the best tech I've ever had work on our apartment HVAC system. He even cleaned the unit which he didn't have to do. He went above and beyond and was totally kind and courteous. He also communicated what he was doing throughout. Great experience!

Chris came out on may 4 and replaced the capacitor and added freon ($295). Subsequently the A/C stopped working properly. Have been calling ever since and no one returns our calls. Terrible service - so disappointed.

Very expensive! Quoted $110 service per hour which included travel time which seemed okay but said the replacement thermostat would be $750. I went to Lowe’s, bought a $50 Honeywell TStat and changed it out myself. All fixed

What we thought was a small AC problem became a much larger and more complicated job. We appreciate the professionalism of this company and are thankful for the work they did around the clock to ensure the job was completed in one day. These guys are great! Honest! They did not try to sell me an entire AC system. They repaired the broken part like real repairmen do and the costs were fair. I was back up and running in no time! Thank you.

I had no idea how much lint could accumulate in the dryer vent until I had it cleaned. The technician showed me handfuls of packed lint that had been blocking the airflow, and I was surprised because I clean the lint trap after every load! The dryer now works more efficiently, and I don't have to run it twice to dry a load of clothes.
