This is the fourth time we have had Caldeco out and they have consistently had amazing customer service. We had them out initially to fix our air conditioner and then were so happy with their service that we signed up for a regular maintenance service. They send reminders about upcoming appointments, which I really appreciate, and they are accommodating and professional. They send a picture of the technician so you know who is coming out and the technicians use shoe covers before coming inside. The professionalism and attention to detail is impressive. This week Ben came out for a routine maintenance call. He was extremely professional, informative and very considerate. I highly recommend this company.

Ayman was on time to my house to do 6 month service on 2 new a/c units installed by Caldeco back in December 2023. Appreciate his enduring of the very inclement weather happening this week in Tampa. He explained everything that he did to service the new systems and answered my questions about the units. He also informed me of the ESA and recommended that I go online for the specifics.

What an unhonest technician/company. First- I call on Monday was told I will be put on the list. Then was call Tuesday and was told I am on the list for that day service, then was called at 5pm that the tech is coming Wednesday morning.

The tech told me my compressor was broken. (The unit is 2 years old) Thank goodness I got a second opinion. I was told it was going to be $2600 plus take a week and he wasn't sure if that would even fix the issue. My A/c was fixed in less than 4 hours after the second company came out and they confirmed my compressor is in fact working just fine. I hope Karma goes after this person because this was not okay. In my opinion I should get my 89.00 back since it was a complete waste of time and money.

This was the first visit that I had with Peter Acosta as a Caldeco employee. He performed several services that no other technician had done in the last 10 years, all within the cost of my maintenance contract. The service is under an annual contract with a discount on any items that need to be replaced.

Carlos was on time, very respectful of my property and answered all my questions. He was very polite and friendly and worked efficiently. I would recommend him and Caldeco in general any time.

JC came to my home at the appointment time and thoroughly checked out my AC unit and handler. He explained my options in detail and gave me a print out of my choices and the total cost. He was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend JC!

I had two units installed by Caldeco a few years ago and have had both units maintained by them since. The service technicians are alway on time, polite and do a great job with the preventative maintenance.

Was recommended to contact JC Alvarez over at Caldeco for him to inspect my return vents, duct work leading to the air handler, and the air handler itself - JC was super knowledgeable and a great contact to have in case you need anything!
