Christopher did a great job of testing the system and discovering and unknown issue. System is under warranty. Replacing a part will add to the longevity of the system. Much appreciated.

Daniel was super awesome, quick, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He helped get my ac fixed and running in no time.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I called them out for an emergency visit because I had my elderly parents staying with me over the weekend, and I paid their high emergency fee expecting real help. Instead, I got a complete scam job.

They told me I had a refrigerant line leak (when I didn’t), claimed I needed to pay over $500 for service and a freon add-in, and pushed repairs that weren’t even necessary. The actual issue? A simple clog that only needed to be vacuumed out. Something basic that should’ve been addressed right away — instead, they tried to milk me for hundreds of dollars.

This company is either incompetent or flat-out dishonest. Their misdiagnosis, their attempt to upsell unnecessary work, and the complete lack of care for the urgency of my situation makes them one of the worst service providers I’ve ever dealt with.

I demand a refund of the service fee I was charged for nothing but lies and wasted time. Stay far away from One Hour Air — they are unprofessional, misleading, and will take advantage of you if given the chance.

Great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and extremely polite. They explained everything clearly and got the job done.It’s hard to find companies that treat you well and take pride in their work, but they definitely do. Highly recommend!

Andres was super helpful, approachable, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. A/C was not working he was quick to diagnose and fix the issue.

After finding issue he completed a full diagnosis with recommendation to ensure/extend A/C life.

Christopher came out to service our AC unit and did an absolutely amazing job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to change out our filter and thoroughly educate us on indoor air quality so we could better understand how to keep our home comfortable and healthy.

What really set him apart was his attitude and care—he was patient, friendly, and even took time to take a picture with my kids and our chickens! That extra effort meant a lot to our family and shows the kind of person Christopher is.

Highly recommending Hour and Christopher to anyone looking for top-notch service and someone who truly goes above and beyond.

Bradley was the nicest person I’ve ever had in my home. Alerted me to an issue and rapidly took care of it. My skiddish cat even took a liking to him and inspected his work(giving him a 10 of 10). Can’t wait for our next appointment and to see him again.

RJ serviced my HVAC on 02/03/2026. RJ provided courteous and professional service, explained what needed to be done to resolve the issue, and restored my heat in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. RJ was very personable, and explained the benefits of the company’s maintenance plan. I look forward to working with One Hour Air in the future for any of my HVAC maintenance needs.

Ray & Jay did a stellar job with our A/C installation which included: removal of the old equipment, moving the air handler and condenser, installing the new compressor, adding returns and replacing grolls, and ALL the associated duct work. They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and, most importantly, personable. Ray & Jay are GREAT ambassadors for One Hour Air. They are the reason we would recommend One Hour Air. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. Found the problem in a few minutes. The furnace was fine, but when they filled my propane in the morning. The gas was never turned back on!!! UNBELIEVABLE

Bradley was great. He found the issue straight away. Although he had to order a part, he fixed it fast. You need to add his name to your technicians.

I needed AC service today and received excellent service from Adam. I was told a window of time to expect him and he called at the top of the time. Very efficient and his overall workmanship was excellent. I will definitely use this company again.

Bert was super helpful in diagnosing the issue with our AC and worked with us to find a good price for the repair! The price point at first was daunting, but he kept trying his best to find a way to complete the job for lower price, which we both greatly appreciated! And our new capacitor looks great as well! Was a very good visit. Trenell was awesome. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable. I named him "Magic touch".😃 We had an issue with the heater on our Unit. A bad part caused a fuse to blow and disabled the Thermostat. Trenell fixed that. He discovered that our System Monitor had been disconnected when the new AC unit was installed. He fixed that, and installed new lights. Gave us good advice about AC filters..
He's a Senior Tech for a reason! Thank you for making our day.
