What a disappointment of a business. It took 7 months and 10+ calls to get air filters I paid for to arrive and be installed. The service rep didnt call or text until 230pm when he was scheduled 830-12. I've asked multiple times for Michael or Kyle to call me. I was told by Devon (not sure on the name because she mumbles it when she answers) that Michael would call me on Saturday and he has not. The only reason we went with One Hour Air for our new ac unit was because of how great Ben Franklin Plumbing is, boy were we suckers. When the ac unit was installed, it wasn't done right and they ended up having to come fix it, but that also took multiple calls and an escalation to Michael to get resolved. The only way I got Michael was telling the rep I was staying on the phone until he answered. This company lacks the proper systems and controls to run well and it lacks competent people. It's a disgrace to the term service to call yourself a service. What a nightmare of a company. Please take a lesson from whoever runs the Ben Franklin side because we have never had a complaint with them. They are always on time, they always communicate well, and they do the job right the first time.

Today I has my air conditioning system serviced. By One Hour Air Conditioning based upon my scheduled service agreement. My technician, Bert Perez, was outstanding. He conducted the service in great detail while explaining the process to me in every step including numerous photos, system operating statistics, recommended upgrades and over all condition. I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend One Hour Air Conditioning for professional high quality service.

Esmix, David, Bobby, and their Manager Mike have all been wonderful. They were all polite, professional, respectful of our home, and took time to listen and explain details to both me and my husband. We are in a three year maintenance contract with another AC company but decided to call One Hour anyway when our unit stopped today. They give us trust and confidence in their knowledge and workmanship.

Adam did a great job restoring my AC to working condition. As I required service on a Sunday and did not want to wait through another day in Florida without AC, I was required to pay an emergency service fee. But I was very happy that the company had no problem appointment scheduling me right away. I called at 0800 and was immediately given a 0800-1200 window for service. I had called a competitor and was still waiting to hear back from them on whether or not they could find a technician to service me same day and by the time they returned my call, I was already scheduled here. Communication was flawless and my tech went above and beyond explaining my issue, the cause as well as why I’ve had an ac issue since I built my home. Apparently my system is not the right size for the size of my home and I appreciate how he thoroughly educated me and explained things to me in laymen’s terms so that I could easily understand. Wearing foot covers inside without even being prompted to conveyed a respect for my home that I also greatly appreciated. Full service took less than an hour to get my home feeling cool once again. Very happy customer.

Edit…Our air conditioning unit was running but wasn’t putting out any air.Called One Hour Air because we had used them in the past.Andy and Bobby came out to access the issue and did a great job.We will be getting a new unit first thing in the morning…9/10/25 Technicians Ray and Jay arrived to install our new a/c unit.They brought in a portable a/c unit to try and keep us cool while they worked diligently to get the new unit installed by the end of the day.Both techs were very pleasant and professional while keeping us informed on what was going on each step of the way.By the end of the day the unit was up and running and the whole house was cool.Great job by the duo…9/12/25 Frank and Ezchiel arrived in the morning to perform an air duct cleaning which went flawless and in a timely manner…Overall team performance was an A+. Would recommend One Hour Air to friends and family.

Caldeco has been my A/C company for years, recommended by radio legend Tedd Webb way back in the day. They started as my A/C repair company and I trusted them to replaced both my A/C units. They have always been super responsive even during the busy seasons. My last visit was for a routine checkup by Brett Johnson who was cordial and very knowledgeable. I recommend them to everyone.

John came on time and he was very professional explaining every thing. We appreciate his service.

Benjamin did a great job on our semi-annual cleaning. I Was a little late arriving for the appointment and he was Nice enough to stay so I wouldn’t have to reschedule the appointment. We have been having trouble with the AC and he explained that he had to repeat the clearing Process a few times to unclog the lines which were causing backups. He took his time to explain what he did and what to watch for and provided some recommendations to keep the lines clear. He was also very professional and kind. Thank you.

Tim was Wonderful with a wealth of knowledge. He was friendly and trustworthy & pulls no surprises which is hard to find.

Feb 26 Caldeco came for followup maintenance and I have never seen such a thorough job and what a great report showing pictures and information on all they saw. TX Caldeco you are wonderful.

Josh was professional, neat and did a great job servicing my A/C unit.

My upstairs AC unit no longer functions after being cleaned. The service technicians left already. Whatever this wire was, was left disconnected and the attic unit sitting on top of the air handler.

Update- The technician called me back and he remembered that he forgot to put the fuse back in. He walked me through getting back into the attic and redoing the fuse box for the air handler. He was probably just having an off day, but hopefully he remembers to do that on future service visits for other customers.

Alex was on time, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Love the real-time arrival tracking.

Based on a friend's recommendation, I selected Caldeco to take over my heating/cooling system maintenance from my previous maintenance service who went out of business after servicing my system for over 20 years.
Caldeco scheduled my initial service within a very reasonable time frame and sent me an email several hours before the scheduled time informing me of the name (with photo) of the scheduled time, which I really appreciated.
Paul Segallos did such a thorough job of cleaning and checking out my system and answering my questions about a possible semi-annual service/maintenance agreement, I signed up for a very reasonably priced one when he was finished (in about 90 minutes.

I was happy with the ease of scheduling on the weekend, the timeliness of arrival, the cleanliness, and the professionalism of the technician, Julio.

On time, quick and expert service technician. Rick was professional and did a good job quickly.

They did an awesome job, explained everything and left the home just like when they arrived.

I had a mini split installed in my bedroom, from the start of the quote from Ryan to the installation I had a fantastic experience with Caldeco, who clearly prioritizes customer service and customer experience.

Had a bit of an issue where the unit was leaking somewhere and causing consistent error messages. I reached out late at night and had a tech at my house within 12 hours.

Patrick was fantastic, super thorough and responsive, had to take multiple trips back to the house to locate and seal the leak and was extremely communicative. Cannot say enough good things about Patrick, Mike and the entire Caldeco team. I’ve got my HVAC company in the Tampa area for life.
