These guys were fantastic. I think one of the best compliments I can give is, I wish I called them first. Anthony did a great job troubleshooting a complicated HVAC system. He took the time to understand how my system worked and chased down the problem rather than just saying I needed a whole new system. I would definitely recommend them

They are the best by far!! This was the company we used for a new AC system over a year ago and they went above and beyond with the best pricing and extremely good customer service. They made sure that they walked through everything with us after the installation and how to properly maintain the AC unit.

Fast forward to now, in the heat of the summer, we came home later in the evening that our AC had stopped working due to a clogged drain line (that was definitely poor maintenance on our part to keep up with that as instructed by Eskimo). We did remember what they told us on how to unclog an AC drain line and took the necessary steps. We turned the AC back on after using a wet dry vac to vacuum out the clog but after a few minutes, the thermostat did not turn on. We decided to call Eskimo and they spent 15 min of their time on the phone listening to how we went about trying to resolve this and walking us through each step, explaining why we needed to do that step and coming to the conclusion that we just needed to dry out the shut off valve. After we did that, the thermostat turned back on immediately!

In the process, we learned so much about how we can properly unclog drain lines in the future and we appreciate the 15 min phone call to save us a payment that most other companies would have scammed you out of. We are so extremely grateful that we called them again and they were able to walk us through in just a few minutes.

I would suggest this company to anyone else looking for AC work. In fact, we have already once who bought a new AC unit from them and loved their pricing, honesty, and just overall care for their clients.

We will be using them in the future and we definitely recommend giving them a call!

Josh came out for Eskimo Brothers and I was very happy with the service I was provided. He was great to work with and I could tell he was super knowledgeable. He was happy to answer any questions and provided insights along the way. He was honest and didn’t try to upsell me anything. My capacitor went bad and he was able to repair the part quickly. I ended up signing up for the annual maintenance plan because it is a good deal and parts like capacitors are covered. Josh reviewed my internal unit as well to make sure it all looked good. I’m happy to have found Eskimo brothers and glad to know I will get good service in the future if needed.

Cody did an excellent job of explaining the options and helping us decide the best course of action. Once we decided to replace our heat pump, he worked hard to get us the best price possible. At this point, we are very pleased with Eskimo Brothers and their technician and expect our new system to be installed next week.

Mt battery was dying and I couldn't pull it off. So they sent someone the next day. They get back to see a sap. Their attitude & business ethic is great.

I used Ekimo Bro's bc my neighbor used them. I called them and 6 other AC companies for estimates. I was impressed bc they came out the same day to give me an estimate. They let me know when they were about 10 minutes away from showing up. Every other company I got estimates from took a week or more to get someone out to give me an estimate. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. They did inform me they probably won't be the cheapest but they won't be the most expensive. I will say out of the 6 estimates they came in 2nd from the lowest. I don't always go with the lowest price. I was impressed with their customer service and no pressure approach. One thing I look at is if a company talks bad about other companies. They absolutely did none of that. I was impressed at how soon they were able to come out to install my new Goodman AC + condenser and thermostat. They kept me in constant contact when they would be showing up. The install was surprisingly quick and clean. I'm extremely happy with the install. I can't even tell when my AC is on. That's how quiet it is. There was only one thing the county inspector pointed out. It was something as minor as a label in my breaker box. I don't really think that's their fault. My house was a flip and the previous owner didn't label the breaker box correctly. Eskimo Bro's came out and updated it and everything is good to go. I also love how they are a small family owned business. I seriously think that if you want a new AC or any work done Eskimo Bro's is the company you need to use. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again to Eskimo Bro's for a beautiful new AC. I will only be using them for any future AC needs and be telling all my friends and family that need AC work done. Thanks again!

I recently had an AC company visit my home to replace a faulty fan, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided. The technician arrived on time, was highly professional, and showed great respect for the home throughout the visit. He clearly communicated the scope of work prior to starting and ensured the job was completed efficiently and to a high standard.

In addition to the fan replacement, he conducted a full system check to ensure everything was operating correctly, which I greatly appreciated. It is clear that this company values both the quality of their work and the experience of their customers. I am very satisfied with the service and the attention to detail, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Anthony & Cody. Never had a better experience with an A/C company. They are very thorough, knowledgeable, and are able to properly communicate the issue(s) and the best solution(s) to fit your budget. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Josh was fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He did his inspection and was very thorough, when he was done he explained what he found and showed me pictures he took from the inspection. I never got the feeling he was trying to sell me on something I didn’t need. And my AC is definitely running better now. I signed up for the bi-yearly maintenance package seems like a great deal to me. Overall I’d definitely recommend, stay on top of you AC unit it’s too hot in Florida to mess around.

Glenn was a real pro. We went thru the April Aire whole house dehumidifier and he made a few adjustments and now it is working properly and back in service. Eskimo Bros is lucky to have Glenn on your team. I will remember your company when it comes time to replace my carrier. Fred Flintstone is not my real name, but Glenn is real.

They were great as always! Gave repair options and quote. We opted to replace our unit, they gave us a great price and scheduled installation the next day. The guys are super with my 80 year old mom, with questions.

We called late in the day for some unexpected a/c issues and thankfully they were able to get out the next morning. Turned out to be a quick and easy fix. The service tech was professional, friendly, efficient and most importantly Honest. It was one singular issue and no attempt was made to tack on additional repairs. We recommend using this company for your A/C needs.

Josh came and saved my life. My AC had gone out and I have dogs that can literally die from heat. Josh went above and beyond to make sure he could come out to take care of my unit for my baby doggies. He is very professional. He is very informative and gives great information on what is needed and will tell you if you don't need something. This is by far the best AC company I have ever had. They are also very affordable. That's just another plus. I'm really happy I found this company.

Glenn Miller arrived early and went right to work. He gave excellent advice and prices for repairs. As the unit was 16 years old we decided to go with Eskimo on a brand new AC.

My heater was not blowing warm air. I called Eskimo Bros, they came out the same day, and quickly fixed the problem. Everyone I worked with there was friendly and helpful. I will call them the next time I have an issue with my A/C or heater.

Awesome! Constant communication via text and they did everything that they said they would do. We had a fried board in our air handler. Eskimo needed 1 day to assess, 1 day to order, and 1 day to install. I'm very happy with their service.

On a funny note, they really helped out another Eskimo Brother. Ha!

When we moved into our current home, we purchased a new a/c unit from Eskimo Bros. Their price was very competitive and the job was done quickly and without drama. They have been servicing it and our other unit now for several years. In the few instances when we have needed service, the techs have always been prompt and professional and their rates are quite reasonable. No one likes being without a/c in Florida. Aside from the fair cost, the fact that Eskimo Brothers get our problem solved in a timely manner is why they are the only company we use.

Extremely disappointed in the unreliability of this company. Three days ago they scheduled to have someone come out between 3-5 today due to my home being 85 degrees for a week and my ac being completely nonfunctional.
I took off work early and received the txt message and email at 2pm that confirmed they would be here at the scheduled time. They called me at 4pm and told me they had to reschedule to next week due to “a large amount of emergency service calls coming in”. I explained to them that my emergency call had already been scheduled and asked if there was any way it could be later than originally scheduled. I was told no, the next available appointment would be in 5 days. I greatly regret turning down the other companies who offered to schedule me for today since it was the only day I get off early.

Called Eskimo Brothers and they came out in just a few hours. My heating system had stopped and I was having to use emergency heat. They diagnosed my problem and had me working in minutes. Very nice and friendly people. ! would highly recommend,
