I was looking to replace my 4-ton AC unit, called the office, Hunter came out that same day. We went over the options and we decided to move ahead with the install. We set up an appointment to do the installation. Rudy and Charles arrived on time, introduced themselves, and started work. The worked nonstop no wasted motion did the installation and made sure they completed the required pictures and paperwork. After seeing other installations after the hurricanes this was far superior. I will recommend this company and employees to anyone needing a new AC unit.

I can't say enough good things about Air 24/7! From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Our AC unit broke down during a heatwave, and they came to our rescue quickly. We decided to replace our old unit, and the installation process was smooth and efficient. Dearick was very professional and quoted me about 9k for new system, he offered 0% financing which i was approved. Next day Cruz team Replaced 20yr old unit and Installed new Goodman 14 seer 4 ton AC unit under 9k includes installation for 2,100sqft. 1 story home. I got 18 months financing at 0%. 2 guys showed up on time started 9:15am to about 2pm. New ac makes less noise and runs way more efficiently. Cruz and his team are great team and respectful. I recommend 24/7 air.
UPDATE: Eric and Ray came out on a service call, diagnosed, found the issue, and it was fixed.

The 2.5 ton Rheem system that was installed inside and outside our home was setup with care and precision. Our home now cools properly and has excellent airflow. Excellence from start to finish. I requested proposals for a new air conditioning system on Sunday, Sarah contacted me ready to schedule. Monday, Dearick arrived as scheduled, listened to our concerns, conducted a thorough assessment of our needs, and provided us with multiple proposals. In the end, Air 24/7 provided a better price than their competitors for the same/similar products, and Dearick is just genuine.

We accepted a proposal Tuesday, and Wednesday morning the installation crew arrived. Derrick and Dominick were on time, reviewed the installation with me, and got to work. It was just a steady pace the entire day, with additional bodies that arrived to do some ductwork. Derrick and Dominick were knowledgeable, courteous, and provided status updates throughout the day.

This is a great company. The sales and consulting process with Hunter was great…and the install crew of Jorge, Miguel and Aaron was very professional and did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend 24/7 for HVAC repairs and replacement.

Transparent, upfront pricing. We hired 24/7 for Air Duct Replacement service. Our ducts were original in 1986 built home. The system was leaking, inefficient and all the vents rattled. The 24/7 team was professional, diligent, detailed and thorough. We were impressed with their work and communication. Entire home duct replacement complete in 2 days. Highly recommend!! Air 24/7 has been the best experience we have had from start to finish. We first called looking to schedule emergency service as we had no air in our home and got Ashley who for the entire scheduling process was great! They immediately sent a technician to our home who was able to find the repair needed and get fixed SAME DAY! We now have air and will for now on be doing business only with Air 24/7.

Jorge, Miguel, Cristian, Francisco did a great job and worked a long day. A bit of a tough job but were very cooperative and managed to squeeze a mini-split next to an inverter system to keep a small footprint to allow for a lanai. Good bunch of guys!

Mr Fransisco and Joel was the applicators for my 5 ton system it was a pleasure to watch them work as a team they are great togather. It was a long day for them but the job and clean up was super. Thank guys for being fun and super knowledgeable Dan Reasor.

Jorge and Miguel were superb and really take pride in their work. They noticed issues while on site that they did not intend on working though but notified management and got me taken care of.
