Chris came out to do my first maintenance on my new unit and he was great! He offered helpful advice and good suggestions. Air Masters has been a fantastic company to work with from installation six months ago to maintenance today. They are quick to respond to any questions and are very personable.

I had a fantastic experience with Air Masters of Tampa Bay, especially with Chad, the AC technician who came out to service my system. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was talking about. He took the time to explain what was going on with my unit in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done.

Chad was thorough, honest, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary — just focused on fixing the issue the right way. It’s hard to find technicians who combine skill, integrity, and great customer service, but Chad absolutely delivered. I highly recommend Air Masters of Tampa Bay, and if you can request Chad, do it!

Our A/C units stopped working.
I called Air Masters and spoke with Veronica, who was very knowledgeable and kind. She scheduled our appointment with Chad, who came out and diagnosed the problem. He was very prompt and professional, and reassuring about the repair.
The part was ordered from Trane right away, and although FedEx experienced delays in shipping, the part did come in.
Now, the good part...
Miguel came out on Saturday morning and installed the fan motor!!! He was at our house on time. He answered all of our questions, installed the fan motor, inspected the entire system, and made his recommendation on how to move forward with the care and maintenance of our system. He was so polite and kind and we never felt rushed or pushed into any decision.
He presented our options and understood that our need right now is to keep the unit we have, and with Miguel and his co-workers helping us by getting it back in great working condition, we feel we have a chance to keep it longer.
He is great!
I worked for electrical and A/C contractors for 30 years, and know the ins and outs of both the office side and the technician's side.
Although the part was delayed by FedEx, Veronica and Miguel worked to get us up and running, and on a Saturday even! Thanks to them, we are back at home (although our hotel stay was amazing), and my COPD and heart problems are back to normal.
All in all, I highly recommend Air Masters and am happy that we purchased the Maintenance Agreement. They are coming out this week to clean the ductwork, coils and entire unit.

Over the summer we decided to replace our entire HVAC System. We called a couple of companies to give us quotes. We specifically asked for TRANE HVAC. We knew it would be expensive but we were prepared to incur the cost for quality. While we were shopping for HVAC I saw a commercial advertisement on TV that drew me in with all their buzz words. They had so many benefits with several discounts, gift card, and more. From calling to schedule for a quote and talking with the front office Kimberly, then Amy I knew it was off to a good start. They were pleasant and professional. Then comes the salesman Zach Schneider. He came in and educated us on all the questions we had. He didn’t leave until we felt comfortable with what we were getting. He didn’t put any pressure but guided us on what we wanted and needed. Immediately we knew Air Masters was the company we would be giving our business. We purchased the TRANE 5-ton SEER 20 and have no regrets. Thank you Zach for being the face of the company. You sold us on your product which we’ve been extremely happy. Zach gave us his number for any follow-up questions or issues and he does not disappoint. He has responded to each of our questions.

As a benefit to our HVAC system purchase, we had our air ducts cleaned at no extra charge. Seth Thompson came on a Saturday and the entire experience was a pleasure. Seth educated us on so many things we weren’t aware of and talked to us where we could understand. Our air ducts had never been cleaned and he walked us through what he was seeing. He didn’t pressure us on purchasing anything extra and only made recommendations. Seth was thorough and respectful of our home. He covered our furniture, moved furniture if needed and put it back, and cleaned up if anything wasn’t captured by the plastic covering. He was in our home for several hours and was a pleasure knowing him. Seth Thompson is a keeper.

I called Air 24/7 because my 18 year old system was working constantly with limited cooling. Dearick N came and gave me a few options with plenty explanations and we ended up going with an 18 seer heat pump and furnace. The whole process was distinctly calm with no pressure whatsoever. He came on Monday, we agreed to purchase the new system on Thursday and everything was completed and up running on Saturday afternoon. The technician Francisco and his assistant were also very professional in their approach and answered all my questions.
I would highly recommend this team!

After experiencing a power outage, the compressor in our new A/C system would not come on. We opened a service call with Air 24/7 and Dan arrived to assess the problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained the way a heat pump system works. His information was very useful and he even showed me a trick on how to clean the drain line. Our A/C system is working fine now our A/C system and kudos to Dan for his professionalism and service.

Our 19-year-old HVAC system broke down in April. After three weeks of trying to fix it, we decided to replace it. We chose Air 24/7 mainly because they provide upfront pricing and offer financing options. From the first phone call, Ann and Becki did their best to send someone to us as quickly as possible. I called around 10 AM, and Derrick arrived at our home by 1 PM. He was very pleasant, diligent, and made the process easy.

The technicians, Jorge and Miguel, were also courteous and professional. They cleaned the work area before leaving and did an excellent job installing our new unit. Even the city inspector remarked that the installation of our new HVAC system was "perfect"! We are highly satisfied with every staff member we interacted with and are very grateful for our new system. Thank you very much!

What I really appreciated was that the tech didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Honest and straightforward, which is rare these days. Plus, their prices were totally reasonable.

I just moved to florida in January and for the first time experienced a home with no air last week. After calling two other companies who pushed me off to the next day I came across Air 24/7. I called and got Ashley on the phone. She was able to get a technician out just a couple hours after our call. The technician Cj who came out to my home was able to get my unit up and running within minutes and even taught me a few tips for future. Thank you to everyone here!

Today, Danny, a very skilled technician provided the annual service maintenance for my AC unit. I can't say enough about his professionalism, knowledge and excellent people skills! There was a terrible thunderstorm a few weeks ago and our air conditioner made a loud noise. We shut it off and called 24/7 to come out and look at it and install a surge protector on both of our units. Dan performed our semi annual inspection of our units and our air conditioner was hit by lightning. He was extremely informative and recommended another part that would help our unit last longer. He was very courteous, informative and professional. He made sure everything was working perfectly and that he cleaned up after himself before he left. We were extremely impressed. 24/7 is excellent and we highly recommend!

I received multiple quotes and not one was close to the specials Air 24/7 advertised for the same HVAC system. Installation was the next day and very smooth. The two technicians, Francisco and his assistant, went above and beyond with their installation taking care to make sure everything was as it should be for code. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the new system and who to reach if I have any problems after their departure. Our family has been using Air 24/7 for HVAC maintenance and one total replacement. They are an excellent company with friendly staff. Today my mother’s unit was serviced by technician Dan. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. We feel lucky to have found a great company with great people!

My air handler was installed 12/4/24: excellent service at that time. Had to have condensate pump cleaned 8/14/25, service scheduled in timely manner & tech Aries arrived within time window; he was polite, informative about pump maintenance and considerate. I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell a new pump because current one was just 2 yrs old.
After call conclusion, I noticed that it took 4 hrs to cool from 81 degrees to 79; I was concerned that, although cond. pump worked, it seemed to take long time to reach set temp. Situation resolved itself during the evening but I scheduled a follow up call just to verify that system was ok. Call was easily scheduled to 8/15 & tech CJ arrived within time window after having called to confirm arrival time. He was kind, considerate and very informative about each service step taken. He performed system check, installed thermostat that was more compatible & energy efficient to this system and showed me what he was doing so that I could easily understand. CJ stayed until everything was up & running then immediately emailed a service completion form, including pictures. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I received excellent service from initial sales call, install, inspection and followup calls. Their staff is GREAT! Definitely would recommend Air 24/7

After 6 months without AC, this company simply solved all our problems with excellence and amazing price! I would like to congratulate all employees who came to our home and did a wonderful job. They are extremely polite, fast, and have great communication.

This Company is amazing! They came over within hours of my initial call to help diagnose an AC System installed 6.5 years earlier by another company that is a “lemon”. We discussed options and decided to have them install a new Rheem AC System. They install the next day, and were thousand of dollars cheaper than my former AC company. Jorge and Charles, our AC installers were professional and efficient!!! These men answered every question my husband and I had. They explained details of our new AC System, they were patient with us. They never made us feel they were anxious to leave us after a long day installing in Florida 95 degree temperatures. It was my pleasure to have them in my home.

My AC was working great....until Sunday morning, when my usually 75 degree home was showing 83 degrees on the thermostat! After running through my standard checks and the results being the temp going up 2 degrees because I opened the door a couple times, I concluded that I needed professional help. I reached out to Air 24/7 at 1:14 and was delighted to be told that a technician would be out between 2-4! Incredible, especially on a Sunday! Dan showed up around 2:30, swapped my exploded capacitor, and my AC is blowing cool and my cats and I are so happy! I know a knight in shining armor is not practical for FL summers, but Dan was truly a knight in shiny work van. Thanks Dan, and thanks Air 24/7!
