Rich was recommended to me by a friend who told me he is absolutely honest. Rich’s quote for the work was less than the competitive bid. The other company estimated the job would take 6 hours. Rich and Jack were done in 2.
Both men clearly have a strong work ethic and are respectful and kind.
Rich explained to me what he was doing and didn’t mind me watching. They even went beyond the scope of work quoted and corrected a poorly designed junction with the washing machine drain and didn’t asked for more money.
All in all, it was a very positive experience. I will definitely recommend Always Bee Cool to my friends.

Wow. Came home from vacation to a dead thermostat. Called after 5 and they came the next morning after making sure it was ok to wait until then. A new thermostat was needed and Rich worked with me to get it set up and working. All is great now. I totally recommend Always Bee Cool!

Richard was very pleasant and professional to speak with. I called on a Sunday afternoon,however Richard stated he couldn't make it until Monday morning around 9am. We were okay with that. He didn't arrive until around 12:30pm. I was still okay with that. Richard was at my property for just under 1hr. Richard fixed my unit in that time,the system required a new capacitor and hard start for the compressor. Again everything was good until i received Richard's invoice. He charged us $585 for the job.Unfortunately Richards rates are over inflated. On July 22 I had the same exact work on another A/C unit by another licensed company and was charged $150. We own multiple properties throughout Florida and have never been charged this much to replace a capacitor and add a hard start kit. I'm fully aware that repairmen mark up materials and replacement parts and i'm okay with that. But $585 to replace a capacitor which has a cost o$17-$32 on average and a hard start kit which cost $19-$32 is excessive. Again Richard is very polite and professional however his rates are way out of line.

Technician Ossie responded to my desperate call for service when I arrived home with a broke a/c unit. He was courteous and explained all that he was doing. The unit is now back up and running and I am very grateful for the service provided. I would recommend both technician and company anytime.

Ozzy came and fixed my AC which is under warranty. He was so helpful and found several parts that needed to be replaced. To my surprise he went and got the parts and was back in no time to fix and get us up and running again. He felt it still could be working better so he went made some adjustments and it's now running like a New Ac unit. I would definitely recommend Design Temps and Ozzy Rivero.
