I would like to acknowledge the brother Javier for coming all the way from Tampa to Ocala 2 hours away in the middle of adverse weather conditions and traffic to work on my cooling system. He spent hours cleaning the corrosion and dust out the coils of the ventilation system from the previous owners lack of maintenance in my new property. Javier is one of the most respectful honest and fair priced serviceman In the area. While other companies rip you off or give you the run around Javier trouble shoots your issue and resorts immediately to a solution. Elias Brothers Cooling saved the day! At first I called one of those large HVAC companies come out and do a tune up to my AC unit. (One of those companies that does a bunch of things with a “cheaper” tune up- foreshadowing, you get what you pay for!) We called this particular company because had a service contract with them to service my pool heater to do a routine tune up on my unit. With summer coming it was time to have things checked out. The other company's tech came out and told me that my whole system was shot and that, unfortunately, I needed a whole new unit. I was very taken back because we had no issues with the system, it was cooling normally, just time for a checkup. The other company's tech said that they had financing and I explained that we just purchased a pool heating unit from them not 3 months ago and that I didn’t think that would be an option. He told me that he had a friend who did AC work on the side (This friend also worked for the same company, according to the tech.) and could get me a better price and left his cell phone number to call if I wanted a better deal than his company could offer but it would have to be cash. It all sounded fishy, I was skeptical about my experience and decided to get a 2nd opinion. I called Elias brothers and spoke to Javier. We set a time to come out the next day to review the system. I went to an appointment that I had that day and when I came back it was super hot in my house. I thought maybe the other tech had done something to my system. I called Javier back and he came within 2 hours of my call. I explained everything that happened and said that it is odd that it was so cool before the tech from the other company came and now it is hot. He went through the whole system and found that the tech had removed some of the wires on the inside of my unit. (Inside the panel- causing it to be hot inside my house.) Also, Javier said that my unit is from 2016 and the parts were still under warranty but that wasn’t necessary because my system was working well. If it did have any issues the parts would be covered through the warranty but no way did I need a new system! My unit just needed a little freon and a cleaning of the handler. I am so thankful for Javier and Elias Brothers Cooling for being honest. They saved me thousands! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Elias Brothers Cooling may not be the least expensive, but honesty is worth its weight in gold! Keep that in mind when you see ads for $49 or $79 dollar tune ups, that is the hook to get you in so that they can sell you something that you don’t need! Highly recommend Elias Brothers Cooling!

I highly recommend using this company for your air conditioning needs. Javier was awesome, he was very professional. He text me on his way, upon arrival greeted me and got right to work with servicing my 2015 A/c Unit. Throughout the time he was at my home, he took pictures and informed me of the steps he was taking to ensure I’ll be ready for the summer’s heat. After servicing the unit, Javier then came indoors with a thermometer to be sure the temperature was running what it should be. I also had the exhaust in my dryer vent cleared. I inquired about my options for the future knowing my system won’t be lasting too much long and Javier took the time to explain everything to me. If you want a company you can trust, use Elias, I know I will be for all my future needs.

The Elias Brothers (Javier) have done work for us (we are developers) commercially and at our houses. Communication is excellent, and they do great work. Javier is very good at diagnosing problems, which is a key to being good in the cooling business. Highly recommend!

I've been having problems with my a/c all year, after having several other companies come out with no resolve I saw all the wonderful reviews for Elias Brothers and called. He was at my home within an hour. He explained everything going on with the system and did a great job cleaning and getting it working. The unit is old so I've decided to have Javier replace the whole system in the future as he was very honest and knowledgeable about what I needed. Highly recommend them for HVAC services! My ac was not cooling properly and started to leak so I got in contact with Elias Brothers Cooling and Javier the owner was available to fix the problem the same day. Javier was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me throughout the service. They did a terrific job of deep cleaning and repairing the AC unit and fixing my drainage issue. I felt like he actually cared to fix the problem instead of doing a temporary fix like other companies I have used before. I will be using them from now on for my HVAC maintenance.
