My AC coils had frozen over and after I let them thaw, my temp would not go below 72 degrees. I happened to be on a walk when I saw Eli and his van outside a neighbors home (at 9:30pm mind you) and approached him to explain the issue. Eli was very kind, informative and came out the very next day. This is my first home so I've always been hesitant to have someone over as I don't know much about HVAC but Eli was educational, courteous (Wore slippers over his shoes when he came into our home), and could have easily pulled the wool over my eyes but was very honest with his pricing and showed me where the leaks were that he fixed. We needed to add Freon and he estimated 9 lbs but then let me know it only took 8 lbs - I would NOT have known the difference and he could have made more money but instead decided to be honest. My AC is 12 years old and Eli will be the ONLY person I call for both service and a new system when it's time to replace it. Can't recommend Eli enough - STAND UP GUY and GREAT SERVICE!!!

I have a house full of dogs and the AC went out, temp in the house steady rising. I panicked and went and bought window units. Before I could even get the wondow unit in Eli showed up like a superhero. He had the temperature dropping in the house in less than an hour...this guy knows what he is doing.
