Responsive by phone, arrived on time, respectful and willing to tell you what they're doing to maintain your system. Glad to have went with Kronos for my maintenance needs.

Had a 18000 but diazucki installed as an upstairs room for when we had visitors has not been run for more than 10 hours in the past 4 years stopped cooling called Kronos they came out said all the freon leaked out said it held a pound actually over 2 pounds I was charged over 200 dollars asked if they could get the part to repair it never called me back would not recommend them!
