Eli was one of the most professional, honest, and knowledgeable AC technicians I have dealt with. I called many technicians and no one could figure out what the issue was but Eli took his time and found the problem. Since he came the AC has been was working perfect. Down to earth genuine guy and honest pricing. Eli even answered the phone at 1am to help me with the AC when any other person would have not answered. He even came in cheaper then other companies and did quality neat work. Definately recommend to anyone who needs AC or heating services.

AC repair in tampa is a need. You have to know the right company with all the equipment on the truck! Their Technician was very professional and explained the ac motor burnt out. I would recommend this company if you are looking for ac recharge or ac maintenance.

We have a home warranty and Ken Barrett came even at 8 pm to fix our air conditioner problem which previous technicians had difficulties fixing. Now our air conditioner works and we have no problems with it.

If I could give this company a negative rating that would most fitting. After calling needing someone to come look at our A/C unit at our office he informed us he needed to come back with a larger ladder. After sweating and waiting for him to return the next day, we had to call to find out what the hold up was. "We don't have a ladder long enough, call someone else" was the response. In closing literally go to anyone else, what a waste of time and what awful customer service.
