The Worst Service!!! I had to spend 3 weeks to get the Techncian to get to the site, and when I was supposed to receive the quotes for the work that has to be done, I have received just several of them. Finally when I was trying to accept the quotes and schedule the service, they didn't have them on the system, and no information about the Technician who was on the site! THE WORST - I DO NOT RECCOMEND IF YOU NEED THINGS TO GET DONE!!!

worst refrigeration service ever. technician bragged about how many similar units he had serviced. after a long time, he confirmed there was a leak. after pushed for more testing he got a leak detector and found that the leak was somewhere behind the coiler. I asked him if he could find it, he said no because he needed to use nitrogen and that will damage the system. he did not offer any other way to find the exact leak. worst part was when the experienced technician was on the floor with his feet against the coiler and his back against a cabinet trying to force the coiler into the unit. He just couldn't put it back. later on i found out in the invoice that they were charging me 45 extra minutes because of a rounding system thing. to be fair, later they gave me the credit for those minutes. next day i got another company to do the job, they found the leak with nitrogen, repaired it, did a vacuum and pressure test. It was just simple, they wanted to do the job, not like experienced guy.

I'm here to discuss my interaction with Kirby, Paul, George and Garrett. I recently had a new AC system installed and I must say the worked performed by these individuals exceeded my expectation. The professionalism and attention to detail was wonderful. And I must commend Paul, Garrett and George for the wonderful state they left my home in. If you are looking for a new AC system, Duct cleaning or water softener I strongly recommend this company as I have had the water softener for 5 years and still going strong.
