They showed up on time and they took the time to explain me what they were fixing and what was happening with my system. These guys are the best. They arrived on time and did a thorough inspection with a flexible TV camera into the unit. Found what was wrong and fixed it. They found the blower fan was installed backward and the thermostat wire was off. No pressure for a new unit, just honest, professional service. Look no where else.

I have a policy with American Home Shield & they sent ACE for the repair .ACE wanted $250 a lb for r22 and Josh's charged me $ 90 a lb . Ace tried to rip me off . I also registered a complaint with American Home Shield ! ! ...Thier rep spent our entire visit explaining that I should repace my unit for $6, 600 .

Did not try to up sell me on additional work or services and was super friendly. Explained what was happening and fixed my issues. I scheduled my appointment online on Saturday night and tech was here by 2 pm on Monday. Very fair pricing, and they do a great job. I will be recommending them to everyone I know now!

Ace Commercial Heating and Cooling was our oil company for an old oil furnace for several years. We moved to a different house and kept them because we like their service. They replaced our old furnace quickly and for a reasonable price. Technicians were nice and got the job done quickly, considering they had to completely dismantle our old furnace and drill through our brick wall. They helped us with the permit and explained how to follow up with the city for inspection. Great service!
