Stratus is by far one of the most professional cleaning companies. Excellent customer service, very reliable, and the staff seems to genuinely care about the tasks at hand. I would recommend to anyone looking to start their own commercial cleaning business.

Stratus has a great team! The company is professional, consistent (perhaps most important), friendly, aware of their surroundings, and the staff seems to genuinely care about the task at hand. Professional spaces need to be clean for customers and employees, and it takes a dedicated team to maintain that cleanliness.

Stratus is by far the best commercial cleaning company I've ever used in all of my business-owning days! Super friendly and professional and reasonably priced too! Five stars for them for sure.

We have gone through a lot of cleaning companies. Most will tell you they follow up but Stratus is the only one that ever did or does. This is how you define customer service. The cleaners they use also know this so they will really make an effort to do thier best. We have had 2 different crews and they are great.

Kevin and his staff are great to work with and do an excellent job making sure the office is clean and fresh. They also us all green products which is a bonus! I would recommend them for anyone looking for a professional team that does top notch cleaning every time.

Today I received my training with Stratus Biulding Solutions, it was a great training they taught me everything perfectly they help you know how to manage your business they teach you different cleaning techniques, they have a great initiation kit that which person needs to start this type of business I am eager to start

This company has good reviews thanks to the good hard working franchisees which in many cases do a good job. The problem is with the owner of the company which he makes up complains in order to take accounts from the franchisees and give them to other new business partners. They also offer you multiple accounts but they never fulfill their promises.
I used to be a franchisee of them and they did it to me. One of the worse experiences in doing Bussines with a company.
I was talking today to a guy who cleans the office I work at and he represents Stratus and he told me that the franchiser has received multiple complaints about his work and they are taking our account from him and that is a lie, because I am the office manager and I am the one in charge.
Stay away from this company, this is a very low practice they always do.

We have contracted Stratus for about a year now and are very pleased with their service. From the start, they were prompt, communicative, and offered competitive pricing. We run a boat club and they clean our facility twice a month. They are always on time and do a thorough job. No complaints and I highly recommend them.

Not a pleasant experience working with Stratus at all. Doesn't seem like they have an internal paid staff. The company is essentially just a subcontracting entity who pays cleaners to do the job, and it seems they pay them the least amount possible to increase their bottom line rather than get the job done right. We had a walkthrough at the location before the job was started and everything was discussed. The job was to make the property spotless so the business can open. That's not what was done. It was a basic surface level cleaning job, sweep, mop, wipe. And sadly some of the stuff that was wiped down (tables, brand new stainless steel surfaces, etc) all had streaks. If you're a professional cleaning service, there should never be any streaks left behind, it should be shining clean. Every time we asked the people working to make sure they do something (which we shouldn't have to babysit Stratus staff but had to since no one from Stratus supervision team was there to make sure it was being done right), the response was always "we're not getting paid to do that" with annoyance or attitude. It was to the point an excuse was made to remove a water stain from a stainless steel top, claiming it had oxidized and could not be removed. It wasn't until we pushed sternly knowing it's a brand new surface that the lady brought out a chemical, wiped it for 10 seconds, and it was gone. We had asked to remove the minor decorative paint drip on the tile, not done. Wall tiles had some marks on it from when they were installed, not cleaned. Lazy or underpaid, who knows and who cares, unacceptable either way.

To add on to the subpar service, the customer service and customer satisfaction lacks heavily. The company is more concerned with flexing fine print or legalities than find a resolution and work toward the end goal. Every interaction was met with a shut down "this is what it is, make the payment" tone. Which we had to pay extra out of pocket for ADDITIONAL cleaning to fix what they didn't do.

We had shopped around and had other options, huge regret choosing Stratus for the job. But overall, if you don't have the time to sweep and mop and need someone to do it for you, sure - go for it. Other than that, if you're looking for a competent deep cleaning and a team that is pleasant to work with - Stratus is not it. Will not be using again, ever.

Danel, Director of Operations is phenomenal. She answers emails and phone calls immediately. Not that we've had any major issuers, but she addresses them immediately. Count us as happy customers!

Stratus has never let us down. Shaniqua Salaman is our funeral home's cleaning person. She is part of their team, but she is also considered part of our team. She is very reliable, always on time, very diligent about her tasks, always being more thorough than is expected. She has a great work attitude, and she makes us look great by making our funeral home look clean, orderly, and prepared for services. Just can't say enough positive things about her and Stratus Clean. If you need quality work, you need them.
