Nicole Dixon is fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable on all of the products, pricing and gives the best deal she possibly can. She’s been a fantastic liaison coordinating the cleaning jobs at my office, where Jan Pro has been cleaning for more than four years. I can't even begin to explain how much time was wasted getting these guys to even respond. So they did come to the salon - 4 days later I had to call to remind them we wanted a quote. Peter said he would have it to me by tomorrow. So 48 hours later comes a 20 page quote. Yes, 20! Now this might be a franchise thing but the first 11 pages are company nonsense (looks like the entire website) before we get to page one for the salon. Then 4 pages of specific info. Get's better. So I agree to the initial $1000 floor cleaning (3000 square feet) on May 17. May 20, 2 emails reminding him we are ready to go. Get email saying he'll have something to me tomorrow. Nothing the next day - I call and text another response he'll have something to me tomorrow. Nothing since - not even the decency to call and apologise or make up some excuse - apparently Jan-Pro teaches 'remain silent lest you get more work'. Terrible.
