My toilet failed due to poor install and I ripped it out and found the root cause but in order to prevent another bad install, I called Chase. He came out the next day and did a great job installing my new toilet including a jumbo wax ring, shims, etc. left the bathroom clean and I will call him in the future when I need a professional.

Great work! Chase was communicative, knowledgeable and professional. He offered fair prices for connecting my irrigation system to a new water meter.

Chase helped us out with replacing a broken water heater during a holiday week. He was prompt, reasonably priced, and communicated everything in a clear and honest way. I cannot recommend Temple Terrace Plumbing enough for anyone’s plumbing needs in the Temple Terrace area.

Chase was super responsive and came out quickly. He diagnosed and resolved issues in the most economical manner. His price was very reasonable and he even unclogged a couple of drains for free! He also saved us $ by informing us that an issue that our home inspector identified as a deficiency was actually a non-issue. Super honest. He will be our go to plumber.

Liars, greedy thieves, and attempt to physically intimidate.

I called with a basic problem and was given a quote over the phone - x dollars for service + x fee for specific equipment if the equipment is used.

Appointment was set between 1-2pm.

2:11pm and no one calls me. I call them and find out the guy is running late so he'll call me.

I get a call around 3 with Paul Blackniak, plumber, telling me he'll arrive around 3:30pm.

(So appointment was for 1-2 but he arrives at 3:30pm.)

Paul Blackniak, lying, thieving plumber, arrives and tells me the cost is now almost 50% more than what I was quoted.

I mention the phone quote and he agrees to honor the original agreement I was given over the phone + $10 for no reason.

After the job, where he didn't use the specific equipment mentioned above, he STILL BILLS. ME FOR THE EQUIPMENT USE. I tried to protest but he had my card and ran it quickly while i was protesting, saying, oh look it already went through.

That is DISGUSTING.

I ask why he charged me the fee for the equipment use and he gives me ridiculous reasons like, you go and find someone who'll do this job for that price. I counter by saying then he shouldn't have agreed to that price.

We argued and during that time Paul Blackniak, lying plumber, got in my face trying to use his 6'2" frame to intimidate my 5'7" frame. Good thing I study and teach martial arts and have a dog. I tell him to get out of my house.

I call the office and dispute the charge, but i am given an attitude and lies. I am told they will refund me, but...

When I call back asking for the refund info to be texted or emailed to me I am then told they need to speak with the boss. I ask if they need to talk to the boss about the email or to approve the refund, and they say to approve the refund.

So basically, they offered me a refund they couldn't guarantee and I am now waiting for them to call me back after speaking to the boss.

I've never experienced such pathetic attempts to raise a quoted price on me before in my life. To quote me a price then bill me for added fees for no reason is absurd. Then to deal with such rude customer service over the phone is pathetic.

These people are thieves and liars. NO ONE, absolutely NO ONE should use this company. The fact that Paul Blackniak got in my face and tried to intimidate me is disgusting, dangerous and pathetic.

Doug the owner is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He is talented and a problem solver. Doug and his staff did plumbing install for an addition to my home. We also had a pool installed and the plumbing for the pool [done by the pool company was improper]. By chance I asked him about the pool plumbing and he immediately went into problem-solving mode and was happy to assist me. He answered questions, guided me through some quick fix solutions and made long term ones that made perfect sense. He was reasonable and very quick turnaround time to implement a system wide solution. A++++++

I have a son with special needs, and I requested that they wear masks, which they all did without hesitation. They completed the slab repair efficiently and had everything finished in just three days. Brayden was very professional, and his team was respectful and a joy to work with. i wanted to take a moment to highly recommend caden & sons plumbing & electrical company for any plumbing work you might need. everyone i spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. i had an emergency with an old water heater that started leaking badly, and i needed a new tankless water heater installed. they got me on their schedule quickly, which i really appreciated. brayden was the plumber who handled the installation, and he did a fantastic job. he made sure everything was installed straight and properly, was very careful with his work, and cleaned up the area before leaving. i’ll definitely call them again for any future plumbing problems!

after some heavy rain, we noticed a hole in our tampa backyard near our old 1925 house. turns out, it was the remains of an old septic tank we never knew about. tracy from caden & sons plumbing & electrical company showed up right on time to check things out. tracy gave us an estimate and then sent a clear written quote by email. we had to wait a bit before we could set up the work, but tracy kept us updated and made sure to follow our schedule. when the job was done, tracy took extra care to protect our garden plants around the digging area. everything went smoothly, and we're really happy with the service. i would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs. great experience!

We had a major plumbing problem at home when the water from our kitchen sink suddenly stopped running. Caden & Sons Plumbing & Electrical Company sent Brayden out for an inspection, and he found the issue right away. They said they could fix it the next day, even though it was a busy weekend. It took most of the day, but they worked hard to dig up and replace the old pipes leading to the main waterline and even put in a brand new kitchen sink for us, which was an upgrade from our last one. A few days later, they returned to patch up the hole and redo the cement on the sidewalk, and everything looked great. When they showed us the old pipes, we couldn't believe how blocked they were—it looked like a log was stuck inside! The next day, we had a separate issue with our toilet, and they quickly came out and fixed that too. We're really happy with the work and will definitely call them again if we have any other plumbing needs.

They were able to come out the same day. Brayden and, I think, an apprentice showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. Brayden did a great job explaining everything he was doing and talked the apprentice through the steps, too. They provided excellent service, told us what they fixed, and gave advice on what to look out for. They also recommended a septic service we needed. Our sink is working perfectly now, and we’ll definitely call them again if we need a plumber.
