If I can give them a 10, i would!! Mr Alen was very informative and explained the why behind replacing the toilet vs just fixing it. Other places just jumped in to tell me to change it without the reasoning. Mr Alen kept great communication that I even requested other jobs that I needed to do like my garbage disposal, shower heads and add a portable bidet. He and his partner were very professional and amicable. Mr Alen follows up with finishing one other detail of my toilet (the seat was found broken in the box) and was able to find the time for his partner to come install the new toilet seat. I would recommend him and his team, which i have mentioned to a few of my friends and family members.

He showed up on time. Did exactly what needed for the amazing price. If and when I needed I will definitely call Alen again.

They showed up at the precise time they had scheduled, and completed the project of unclogging the plumbing pipes precisely. They had to climb up on the roof to do it, which I don't think many other plumbers would have known. After several years, the laundry is running without flooding the garage or the kitchen sink, flawless work, transparent pricing and very good service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Update- these losers are back in my neighborhood hassling us. They show up with 2 or 3 cars and dismount like shock troopers ready to argue on your stoop about roofing. I HAVE A BRAND NEW ROOF.

To Golds leadership: nobody likes this tactic. Knock it off! Just based on this behavior I'd never, ever consider you as an option even if you were 99% cheaper than your next competitor.

I didn't think I could afford a new roof until Kerry from Gold Roofs knocked on my door and showed me it was totally possible. I claim him as my Angel. This has been an amazing adventure due to the professionalism from the manager Marcus, the supervisor Raymon and to the Amazing crew that had spent the last 2 days working so hard installing my New Roof. It looks so beautiful. The people at Gold roof are so amazing. They took total control in dealing with the insurance company, adjustors, getting permits and Inspections. They completely removed all stress from me and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I have never met such amazing people. Need a roof? Call them.. you won't be sorry. I'm still in shock at the amazing experience I just had with Goldroofs!
