Reviews of local pros in Tampa, Florida

Steve helped us put back together our house after the hurricanes hit our home bad—our second story was essentially gutted to the studs. Steve was the ultimate professional in making sure every aspect our construction project was successfully completed and completed beyond our expectations. Can’t thank him and his crews enough for all that they did for us! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing home remodel work done.

Great team to work with! I was looking for a repair but ended up going with a full install bc of the amount of damage. They were able to get it done and are super professional and timely. Will definitely go back for any other contracting needs!

I couldn’t be happier with roof Gold Real Estate Construction LLC installed on my home. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They were super helpful in material selection ensuring I was able to take advantage of the latest pricing deals to get the best materials within my budget with plenty aesthetic choices as well. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. They completed the job expeditiously, and the quality of their workmanship is excellent and my roof looks fantastic.

They answered all my questions, and make sure I was completely satisfied before wrapping up. They even helped with the finishing touches like the replacement of gutters and the addition of new ones in problem areas where I knew I needed them to protect my investment. Highly recommended!

Golds Roofs by Gold Real Estate Construction and Roofing was absolutely amazing to work with! From start to finish, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their pricing was very cost-effective without cutting corners, and the quality of their work was top-notch. When unforeseen issues came up during our construction project, they explained everything clearly, helped us understand our options, and handled the challenges with ease. It was such a relief to work with a team that’s professional, transparent, and truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing or construction work!

Steve and his team did an incredible job renovating our house. We had more than 36” of saltwater enter our house last year during Hurricane Helene and Steve helped us every step of the way - with demolition, repairs, new cabinetry, new roof, new HVAC, new water heater, new flooring, etc, etc. Steve was extremely professional and patient throughout the entire process and all of his subcontractors showed up on time, worked diligently, and insisted that everything they did was high quality work.

Gold Construction facilitated the removal of several large dead trees and 30 years of over grown landscaping, painted the exterior of our home, replaced toilets and light fixtures. Each member of Gold’s team were professional and prompt. They also worked with me having an elderly parent in the home while doing the work.

Gold Roofs is an easy choice if you need a new roof or repairs. Great price and quality work. Thank you Steve and crew.

A great experience , good communication, fair pricing, quality materials and work. We highly recommend Gold for all of your roofing and construction needs.

They came to our home to inspect a roof leak that two other roofing companies had failed to repair. Their quote was very fair, and they resolved the issue in under an hour. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Excellent service at a fair price—highly recommended.

Gold Roofs has provided “gold” customer service. Their attention to detail, follow up and follow through has been and excellent experience. They were so friendly and down to earth. Even the President of the company came to my house to provide a final inspection! That was very unusual and surprising to me!

We recently had our roof replaced by Gold Roofs and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, everything ran so smoothly. Stephen Takas was our sales representative, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy to understand. The crew was fantastic—polite, efficient, and they left my property incredibly clean after each day’s work. I’m so thankful for the excellent service and beautiful new roof! Highly recommend Gold Roofs to anyone needing roofing work.

Gold Roofs has done an exceptional job for us from start to finish. Permits pulled, NOCs filed and the jobs were completed on schedule! The entire team is excellent from estimating through installation. Please give Gold Roofs a try for your roofing and remodeling needs! Fantasic company!

Huge shoutout to Gold Roofing — led by Steven, who is amazing, they just finished my roof here in New Suburb Beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier. They showed up exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and handled everything with zero drama. They even took care of some hidden wood rot and a couple of gutter issues without trying to upsell or make it complicated.
It’s refreshing to work with a crew that’s reliable, respectful, and actually takes pride in their work. If anyone in the neighborhood is considering roof work, I’d absolutely recommend giving them a call.

Gold is the best company! Responsive and easy work with! They came out for a roof repair but there was way too much damage and they replaced the entire roof for a great price! Their communication is second to none! Great prices and great people. 11/10 recommend. Can’t say enough good things about them! Will be using them for my bathroom remodel!

We had an excellent experience working with Marcus Williams at Gold Roofs. Marcus was professional, knowledgeable, and always easy to reach whenever we had questions.

He clearly explained each step, stayed on schedule, and made sure everything was handled efficiently and with care. The crew was punctual, respectful, and did high-quality work, and the final result looks fantastic.
