They delivered the items to us, were broken, when we returned it they did not refund our money. We are calling for the fifth time to get someone to assist us.

Lowes has the worst customer service. I was waiting for 30 minutes for "some one in lighting" to come. I wanted ro purchase a lampshade however none were in stock and the nearest lowes which had the item was 30 minutes away. I offered to by on line and have the item delivered to my local lowes i was told they can not do that. I also offered
To pursched the display and they also said they cant do that. It appears they do not want to make any sales and lack in customer service. I tried come up with a resolution and was met with no solution other than to a lowed 30 minutes away.

Someone had hit my mail box and I was in the process of selling my house and his team was able to come the same day I called, swept my driveway and hauled my stuff away. On top of it all he was happy, helpful and very professional! Highly highly recommend!
