Genuinely can’t express how thankful we are for the team at Feres. We called needing a extremely deep clean for our 100+ year old rental house. When I tell you there was not a single SPECK of dust, dirty, or grime left after they were done. They cleaned every single inch to the point you could eat off it. We just made a cross country move and arrived at a less than clean house and they seriously restored our sanity. We are very grateful!!

Dishonest. I was told my home would be cleaned from top to bottom. Turns out rooms were skipped, dust on fans, dust on blinds, food still left on the floor (after supposed vacuuming and mopping). We left our house for a bit only to come back and see the lady sitting in her car. For 25$/hr, I was very disappointed.

Customer service is non existing. They scheduled me for 11:00 but no one showed up. The worst part is, they didn't even bother to call and notify me that they're not coming. Unacceptable business practice.

In response to your reply, I do not do text messages. The professional way to contact a client, especially if you were to cancel their appointment, on the same day of the scheduled appointment, is to call them and speak with them. This way you are sure that they are aware of the cancellation because canceling an appointment isn't something to be taken slightly. I had already made arrangements based on the appointment I had with you.

We hired them to clean my parents apt in tarpon springs prior to them moving in for the first time so we were looking for a detailed cleaning. The woman sounded very promising over the phone. She said she is very thorough as a wife of a former marine. I got a good vibe and hired her. She did the entire apt in appx 3h. My mom thought the cleaning was very "superficial " for $200 but the worst part is the woman was paid in full and promised to come back the next day to finish up. The next day she texted that her daughter had broken her arm and she was with her daughter in the hospital. We followed up with her a week later and she never responded. And that was that. My mom finished the cleaning.
