SOS Cleaners is truly amazing! I had friends coming in from out of town and I was so far behind that I decided to call SOS with an extreme short notice. I was sure I wouldn't be able to find anyone at such a short notice but I was wrong. SOS came out,listened to what I needed done,and started right away!
Thanks to them My friends had no idea my home was a complete disaster just a day before.

SOS was my first experience with someone (other than myself) cleaning my home. Shear panic attack at the thought of it! Sara came in and was very friendly, made sure she knew what I wanted and then went a step further. They are now scheduled monthly to come out to clean my home. So happy!

The house was cleaned for our move out inspection and everything looked fine but the cleaner smoked inside the house! The place reeked of cigarettes the day before we had to turn our keys over to the owner and we were terrified that she was going to think we smoked in her house the entire time we’ve stayed there. I needed someone to help me with my move. Sara, the owner helped me with every part of my move. She started with a Uhaul rental. Then she got me in touch with a mover that sent 2 guys to help me (at a very reasonable rate) During the move she sent one of her cleaners to my new place to make sure it was move in ready. Finally she sent someone out after I moved out to clean my apartment where I lived for 3 years. The place was so nice and clean. I even got my deposit back. Sara came for my first cleaning today. She was very friendly and willing to help with anything I wanted done. My 2 pups loved her as well. Just had a basic cleaning done but am very happy with what was done and the price. I am planning to continue with Sara and to hopefully have her help with organization in addition to cleaning. I moved into my condo a year ago and have never been able to get the tub clean but Sara did! I am unable to deep clean due to joint issues so this is such a great help! Thanks so much!

They are wonderful, professional and efficient. They got to my house an hour before the starting time and got to cleaning right away. And it smells SO good! Everything is finally super duper clean.

Contracted SOS Maids for cleaning at my AirBnB property. The first couple of cleanings went fine and I did not have any issues. That was short lived. I communicated my reservation calendar on a regular basis and received a text to confirm each reservation. On three separate occasions within a one month period, I was left hanging as my guests arrived and my property was not cleaned. When I contacted SOS Maids, I received a return call the first two times but was informed it was after hours, they are closed on Sundays so they couldn't rectify the situation until Monday. Really!!!! The third time I never even received a call back. I know.....I should have learned after the first no show. With the cancelled reservation and increased cleaning costs that I needed to pay someone else so my guests could stay, I lost over $1000 in that month. They may be OK to use for a monthly cleaning so you can double check their work but not for a vacation rental. Was very disappointed.

Sara has cleaned our house over the last few months and we are VERY satisfied with her service! She is polite, hardworking, and reliable. She even gets along great with my dog (who can be a pain in the a** sometimes) which is really nice. She will even go over and beyond what is asked of her. We are very lucky to have found SOS Maids, and look forward to resuming our monthly service. Thanks so much Sara!

They cleaned my home twice. At move in when my townhome was built and ready for move in and after family moved out. I will continue to keep using them!

My sister and I gave my mom a gift certificate for Merry Maids Christmas. We paid $200.00 for 2 hours of cleaning with 2 people. I was assured they would do heavy cleaning and most anything that was asked. We were concerned about windows, blinds, baseboards. Things that my mom is unable to do. Instead they sent out one woman, she was over an hour later than what was told to my mom. She was very nice, but all that got done was floor mopping, vacuuming, dusting, things that my mom could do herself. We feel we were mislead and will not recommend this service to anyone. Also will not be signing up for more service. What a shame.

Using this carpet cleaning service has been a great experience for me. The staff is professional, friendly, and very efficient in their work. My carpets were cleaned thoroughly, and the difference was clearly visible afterward. They looked brighter, smelled fresh, and felt much softer. I also liked how they focused on problem areas and treated stains carefully. The service was completed within the promised time, which made it very convenient. Overall, it’s a reliable and high-quality service that I would recommend to anyone.
