The service was not there. I felt like they did not respect me or my home and I really wish I would’ve supported another business instead.

So I panicked when I first saw the water on my floor, I didn’t know what to do or where it was coming from so I turn off the water going to the toilet and hoped it would stop the next morning. It was clear that it had gotten worse and the plumber was needed the first few guys that came out I kid you not we’re literally scam artists they were explaining to me all kinds of things talking about how I need to replace all the plumbing in my and it’s going to cost thousands tens of thousands because of a two-story home. Finally I decided to get a third opinion before going with one of those estimates and luckily I did you think that with a name like experts they really be, but they are!!! Trust of these guys they will not charge you. They immediately showed up and explained how the previous diagnosis was anything, but a professional they explained how with this other company they were able to use leak detection to find it. It took several days in the water was turned off the entire time, which was only a minor inconvenience but luckily it was only one line for the hot water, but once they were able to detect it, they were back the previous day and were able to repair it both going through the foundation, digging up the pinhole leak and replacing it with a new copper line, and then even re-pouring the concrete some of the people that were planning on tearing apart my bathroom where the leak wasn’t even wouldn’t even pour the concrete again I’m telling you get other opinions. There are just terrible people out there that will scam you. Luckily this company isn’t one of them if you’re looking for a plumber, you found them!

Jordan fixed my AC and was the absolute best! He was very professional, on time, and had no issues fixing my AC. I 100% recommend B&B and Jordan for all of their help!

My garbage disposal ceazed and was leaking. I was having a birthday party in two days, but a replacement unit wouldn't be available for a week. B&B's plumber called around until he found one, picked it up and installed it the same day. Great job!

My AC went out on what seemed like the hottest day of the year! They scheduled Victor to come out between 12 and 2, and he arrived at around 11 AM which was great because we were dying of the heat. He found the issue and corrected it and we’re on our way to a cool day!

Although my toilet could not be fixed at a reasonable cost due to being an outdated electrical toilet, the gentleman who came was such a pleasure. He was honest and offered many options. I would definitely go with this company in the future if needed.

A tough task, however Rocco, Theo, Mike & Sean showed why they're the best in the business. Challenge after challenge reared up on this job, but the B&B crew was steadfast, solution-seeking, on-time and armed with experience and the tools needed. Pros from top to bottom --- Grateful!

I would like to say Vidal ( i thought he said fidal.. but the office said ) was fantastic.
Situation. My appartment complex failed to inform of any hvac cleaning. So when my cameras picked up a unknown man in my appartment.. well I was not nice at first at all... He handled the situation perfectly. He was extremely professional. Extremely rare that I reach out to a company to praise. Well I did for him. He covered his shoes with booties cleaned even the light switch he touched.. The booty shoe covers are a Huge positive for me as in my culture no shoes are worn inside the home.....
If my complex does this poop again. I hope he is the one that comes.
Future more if I was still in the hvac field I would steal and hire him in a heart beat. He explained everything correctly. Did the maintenance on the system correctly. He is very professional.

AC tech was professional, courtesy, and on time. He explained what was the issue and repaired it in a timely matter. Pricing was a added bonus and found them very reasonable. Would not hesitate to use B&B again for ac or plumbing needs
