Very professional and reliable!

I was recommended to Bill Gilbert after two or three different electricians either couldn't come out or didn't come out, and I'm glad I called. They came out right away, spent about an hour diagnosing and fixing my problem. They even educated me on how to prevent the problem in the future and gave me some advice for doing my own wiring, which I really appreciated. Best of all, no stick shock - the price I paid was vert fair and reasonable. Will be using again in the future for all my needs. Thank you!

Once scheduled I received a confirmation by text and email. They arrived within the expected timeframe. I had a pendant light on a 20 ft ceiling on a stairway landing that I wanted replaced. It turned out to be more tricky that just the ceiling height on the stairs, but the were able to complete it without issue. Great service and really nice guys. Sorry I didn’t get their names.

This was by far the best experience I have had with an electrician. Within two hours of calling, Ron and Dave showed up and did an excellent job. They explained the issues very clearly and completed the job professionally. Needless to say, I will always hire Bill Gilbert electric anytime I need electrical work. We used Bill Gilbert Electric just over a week ago to add a new light on the corner of our garage. Two electricians arrived to do the job and one of them who was using the drill ended up drilling a hole through my roof. My husband and I could not believe how this could even seriously happen. I actually worked in the office of Bill Gilbert Electric when it was owned and ran by Bill Gilbert himself and I can’t remember any of the electricians I worked with ever drilling through anyone’s roof. The electrician filled the hole with something temporarily but we are waiting for a roofer to come and make sure this is repaired correctly and replace the damaged shingle. What I would like everyone to know is that I called Bill Gilbert Electric when this happened and it went straight to voicemail so I left a message about what happened and to please call me right back. Nobody called me back. I asked the electricians before they left my house if anyone was in the office and they said that Jay and I guess the lady that works there were both in the office. So this was over a week ago and it appears to me that Jay doesn’t care to return a phone call to a customer whose roof was damaged by his company. He should be ashamed of himself. Obviously we will never use Bill Gilbert Electric again.
