Our ACs purchased from Alford maintained and filters changed. The technicians were very polite and professional. The completed the maintenance quickly and in a professional manner. I highly recommend Alford to anyone who needs a new AC, for repair and maintenance. We have been very happy with the service received.

Alford Air always very reputable, having been using them for years and have been very satisfied. G-Ryan was out to do our 6 mos service call, very professional and considerate.

I don't live at this condo and it's vacant out of season. I got a call from the tech at 8:30 that I missed. I called the number right back and told you office that I need to talk to the tech. The tech never called me back even after I called the office again. The tech went into my unit where the temp was sent to 79 degrees, then left my unit with he temp set at 70 degrees!!! Had I not bothered to go to the unit and check out this stupid mistake, (since I had no call from the tech), it would have cost me a fortune in wasted electricity!! In addition, the tech locked the lower lock to the door which is defective, but luckily I was able to get it open. There is no excuse the tech did not return my call and since I wasn't present I'm not actually sure what he did or didn't do.

Excellent experience. My AC failed and Alford responded within hours to repair my Condo AC. The Service tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. Communication with Alford was very helpful and price was reasonable. When I need to replace my AC I will go to Alford

Alford air was doing the maintenance (Lack of maintenance) lol on my unit. I was never told the UV light went out nor was I ever shown the mildew that accumulated in my coil. Alford tech David then promised to clean the coil and replace the UV light at no charge. Now I have a bill for 1,800 for service and repairs after buying for 2 service calls every year. Do Not Use Alford Air

The technician Jeffrey was professional, efficient, and reasonable. Talked to me without sounding rushed. Informed me on my system and the new system to be i nstalled, gave a quote, with current incentives, without pressuring me with sales tactics. Best experience of three bidders so far.

Mark T did an incredible job with my boat AC, as always. He has been supporting me on my last two boats for every air-conditioning need I have had, and has done an awesome job. Very professional, thorough, and one of the most knowledgeable technicians I’ve ever had had the pleasure of working with.

Three technicians, multiple days but it’s fixed. The last two guys were great! We think the first guy caused the bigger problem. Regardless, the last guy was knowledgeable, professional and listened to my husband’s concerns.

Ryan tech was fantastic. Knowledgeable and courteous. Diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it. A part needed replacement and Ryan had it on his truck. Temperature was in the mid 90's this day. I called at 8:30am that morning and Alford was able to send Ryan 4 hours later. It was a good thing too because the temp inside the house was close to 90. I highly recommend Alford.

Awesome Job! Identified my flooring contractors reversed louver door and 6 panel door. on the 2 ventilation closets; helped me by reversing the doors as my tools are in route from different state. Verified compressor still operating well. Awesome job. took time to explain what was occurring.

I have never in my life encountered an air conditioning company that was not only empathetic to our situation but caring enough to send a technician out to install a temporary part until our new part arrived, and didn't ask for payment.

I have to be honest here, I had called 2 other AC companies before Alford and both of them knew my system was under warranty, but kept it from me and then tried to charge me double for the part that was under warranty (plus labor).
I cannot express how grateful I am to Alford. THANK YOU, sincerely! You have a customer for life!!

As a retired general contractor I know the business very well. I went through several AC companies who all claimed reasonably priced and knowledgeable technical know how. They all talked a good game but it was Alford who actually delivered. We’ve been using them for several years now and we are completely satisfied. We’ve replaced several of our systems that failed with age and Alford has replaced or repaired them all ~ correctly, efficiently and with no hassles. Matt Glass is the tech who has taken care of our house and he’s charming and exceptionally experienced that we trust, and so can you for a smart and reliable answer to any question. To us, they are number one!

They charged our family almost 8K for a replacement of our apartments HVAC a bit over 2 years back and the motor on the fan broke. It was “covered” by the warranty except for the part(?), paperwork to access the warranty ( are they kidding) and of course the labor. Another $540. Then we have an issue with the water and need to turn it off but they have jammed the new unit so severely into the closet (and one of the plastic valves has already broken too) that we cannot safely access the Jerry-rigged valve they added when installing the unit to shut it off. This will now cost us thousands to take the unit out, and fix the water shut off! Based on other reviews I have to assume that this is an exception and something really went wrong on their team here! My dad was 92 years old when they made the sale of the HVAC and screwed up the water access. Truly unbelievable.

I have been a customer of Alford A/C for the past 13 years. They have installed new A/C units in 2 homes of mine. They are reliable, show up on time, and have always done a great job. Their employees are great, including the office staff . I highly recommend them to everyone. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

Emergency Saturday call. Responded within the hour. Fixed problem within 30 minutes. Had replacement part with him. Very personable, explained what was needed clearly. Just very friendly and knowledgeable, got straight to work but also stayed to make sure everything worked well. Checked over other things as a courtesy. The diagnostic fee was lower than some of the others I was quoted

Alford diagnosed the problem and replaced my central HVAC unit within 36 hours. Super knowledgeable service technician. Neat as a pin. Great organization and personnel.
A day after the system replacement the service technician supervisor, Greg, made a follow up visit to inspect the installation done by his technician. Terrific standard operating procedure.
