We called at 8am and they were there by 10:30am same day. Rob was great. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and was able to fix the problem quickly. He also helped us get set up for ongoing maintenance for both our units. We would highly recommend Duke’s for any AC needs!

Duke's Air Conditioning & Heating delivered excellent service to customize our cooling comfort. We live in an older home (est. 1961) in a great neighborhood in Tequesta. Duke's optimized our entire house from ducts, vents, and maintenance on existing coils/AC to ensure we had proper flow of clean air to all areas of the house including our garage. I would definitely recommend Duke's to inspect/maintain/improve your air conditioning and heating system.

Brian was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and very present. I called after hours and only had to wait approximately 45 minutes for him to get here. I highly recommend this company.

Awesome service air went out over the weekend call Duke answered phone with no problem talk with his secretary told her what the problem was she gave him the message said he would be here shortly before I could hung up the phone he was knocking at my door he he replaced my fan motor in a length of no time good peoples he will be my service man for now on I don't have to look no farther. Phenomenal guy great service,thank you a million.

Duke’s has been upfront and honest from they get go. My father recommended them to me after leaving Snyder’s. Snyders had falsely reported 2 different problems on each of my 6 month service checks. When the technician from Duke’s, Brian, came in I let him look at it without telling him anything Snyder’s said. Surprise! Other than a small clog he fixed, it needed nothing. So Snyder’s was trying to scam me out of almost $700. My A/C is working just fine. I thanked Brian for his honesty. I explained what had happened. He said , “He was just doing his job!” I highly recommend Duke’s and so does my father.

Jimmy, our technician, was on time, polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s rare to find a company this responsive and dependable — from scheduling to service, everything was seamless.

Amazing experience with Duke’s AC. Found them when the company I used for the last 10 years closed their business with no warning. Devon got me an appointment within a few days and Jimmy Aguirre was the technician and he was great. Explained everything that was happening with my unit. So thankful we found Duke’s as we are entering our hottest Florida season.

Jim @ Dukes was awesome! The last company we had fix our AC messed it up & installed wrong parts so it worked too hard & didn’t last!
Jim found issues right away, had office order part & it was fixed efficiently! He was in & out in less than an hour & was extremely knowledgeable!! Would highly recommend him & Dukes to anyone!
