Duke’s installed our new A/C system six months ago and did the first of two check ups. Will Santos was the technician who did the inspection and all is in great shape.
If employees say something about the company they represent, Will is the poster man for Duke’s. He is knowledgeable, respectful and diligent at his profession. Duke’s obviously has a great pro on their team. Recommend!

Amazing company. AC went out last Saturday morning, called CM and he answered on the first ring …..was at my house by that afternoon. Found the issue quickly, very knowledgable, courteous, and never tried to upsell anything even though it was an older unit. He even waived the service call fee since he made a repair. We have definitely found our AC company…..thank you!!

Chase was a life saver! I was scheduled to host an event at my house when the air handler died! He came out the night before with 2 portable air conditioners to get the house cooled down so I could still host my event while we waited for the part to be delivered. The part arrived the day of my event and he worked swiftly and efficiently to get it installed before the party. He is honest and fair and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend. 2 thumbs up.

Before finding Chase I called out two other ac companies that told me I needed a new unit which would have cost between $8,000-$10,000. Chase actually took the time to find the issue and fix it instead of taking the easy way out which is to recommend a new unit. My ac now works better than ever before! I can not thank him enough for his due diligence. From here on out I will not think twice about calling anyone else for any of my ac needs!
