Wow. What a Great and HONEST company. Another local company quoted my 1700 to replace the fan motor. I got second estimate from C &M and literally it was the thermostat that was broken and the fan motor was fine. Use these people. They are honest.

To me, the most important quality of someone providing any type of home service is trust. I don't have to worry about shoddy work, being sold something that isn't relevant, or being quoted an unfair price. With this company, and having known the owner for years, it's as close to 'set it and forget it' as I'll ever get. I called for a quote and an actual human answered the phone with a lot of knowledge. I was able to get an easy quote by explaining what I needed done and sending some pics via email with a few measurements. This helped me because of my busy schedule. They would have sent someone out to give estimate but I prefer it that way. The quoted me a very fair price and were very patient with me as I kept asking questions but was not rushed off the phone. They came on time and did solid clean work. I measured wrong (too short) on my information for my estimate and it was going to cost them more than what they agreed to but they did no ask me for more money even when I offered because I felt bad. Very professional and clean. There was 3 well maintained work trucks at my house because it was a big job. I was very impressed at the price as it was very competitive but the work was top notch. CM Air are my new AC guys 💯! Thank you Chase and the rest of the CM crew!

Easy to talk to, explained what they were doing, handled issues and challenges with grace, and worked tirelessly to get it done on time and get the new system up and running. The quality of the install is just amazing, and is commercial grade and their pricing was very fair. You will not be disappointed. I have been disappointed by many companies and their empty promises over the years, but this crew is the real deal.
