Brian did excellent work and is very knowledgeable in HVAC systems. He took the initiative and time to make an improvement in the water drain to prevent possible future plugging issues. This was done under the one year service plan after new system install. Sure makes you feel good about Dukes and referring them to friends.

It's always a struggle to find reputable contractors. I am very thankful I found Duke's. From the start my request for repair was handled quickly and efficiently. When the tech Jimmy arrived he could not be more professional and knowledgeable. He repaired my Mitsubishi wall unit and it works like new. He got it done quickly and cleaned up like he was never there. Duke's will have my business on the future. Great company and a brilliant tech!

I took advantage of the tune-up special as I am a new homeowner. He cleared my drain-line and did a thorough maintenance check-up. Love Dukes! They are honest, timely, great at explaining what they are fixing and what to look out for. They replaced our whole system last year and price was the best too. Love them for the maintenance programs as well. Second property locally and would not use anyone else!

Dukes recently installed a new HVAC system in our Palm City home. Don, the sales rep, was pleasant and thourgh with the free estimate. He provided options that worked well with our budget and had the job scheduled within a week. Everything went smoothly with the installation and we are very pleased with the results. 👍

Duke’s installed our new AC unit and replaced all of the ducts in our attic. The company is great! We would highly recommend Duke’s to anyone and will be using them for our maintenance in the future. The price was fair and the work was fantastic. Everyone in the company was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They courteously answered any questions we had and explained everything to our satisfaction. They were timely in their quotes, work, and returning phone calls. They were clean and respectful to our property while working. We will be going back to Duke’s for any AC work in the future.

All around great, professional experience for a job we thought would be way more daunting according to another bid that played on fear.
