Great people and very reasonably priced. They are down to earth and very sensible about the way they do business. Everyone from the call center to sale and the 3 technicians I had the opportunity to meet were all very respectful and helpful. Im happy I had the opportunity to do business with Alford and will continue to use them in the future.

Just wanted to brag about Alford air. My dear friend is 93-year-old customer of yours who lives alone, and she recently was so blessed by one of your newer technicians by the name of Warren. He was so gracious and competent and kind, and of course fixed her AC. She was all around impressed with him! (Her last Alford technician was also fantastic!)

Bad phone receptioning where I had to repeat my name several times and spell it to them several times. I called and I am not a regular customer, they scheduled me between 6-8 p.m. , my issue is heating system down. I mentioned, being honest, and what I thought was considerate, that I need to try to find someone earlier, I will call back to let them know if I do , because that time frame is a bit late , but to please keep the appointment. I then realised I will not be home until 7 p.m. and was going to reschedule or cancel , again out of common courtesy and the receptionists bothe said it wasn't them and it must of been a different company, it was not because I immediately wrote the company name idown and it was the same phone number that I had called previously.

Alford Air always does first class work and repairs. We have used them for years. Responds quickly and always with a smile! Knowledgeable employees and quality products.

I thought that Jeffrey was great. It was a Heat duct balancing issue and he seemed to figure it out pretty quickly. He kept me informed about what was going on and what he was doing. In addition, Jrffrey is very personable.

Both of the recent technicians from Alford were exceptional, and efficient. They got the system back up and running just as well as the day it was installed, in a very short time. Additionally, they installed UV lights to the system. Alford has been involved with my system from the beginning provided installation services, identifying major errors by other HVAC companies (by forced service by HOA board), guidance on care and protection during an remodelling project and updates to aged system components. Extremely happy with the service from every technician from Alford, and will only allow Alford to service my system.

Our family was made to feel like VIP’s the way we were treated Alford AC. We’ve had a continual problem in our house with a faint, musty odor coming from one of our air-conditioning units for many years. We’ve had our vents cleaned, filters changed, and air purified. None of which helped.

The team at Alford AC was able to send a team of professionals over to diagnose our problem in detail. They formulated a plan and schedule a convenient time for us. They sent over a small army of professionals to conduct a detailed maintenance and repair. I’m not sure of all the names of the guys, but Dylan Meister made himself known as a quiet professional that showed a lot of knowledge, patience, and humor.

My wife used to wake up with a headache and felt dizzy every morning due to poor air quality for my air conditioning. This morning was the first time in countless years that we felt like we got a good night of sleep and able to breathe freely with clean air.

A “Thank you” doesn’t do it justice. We truly appreciate what you did for us and the time you spent fixing our problem.

Our air had quit working properly. We contacted Alford Charlie the technician came out that day. He Trouble shot my rooftop unit found a broken wire. Did a complete diagnostics charged the trip fee and one hour of labor, very fair he had the house cooling before he left. Charlie was very personable and knowledgeable. Probably the best service call of any kind I’ve had in awhile,

Second time having Jeffrey and hee was on time communicated ahead of time, was exceptionally professional and explained everything to me as he went along again . 5*. Would highly recommend. I signed up for the maintenance plan and request him for future appointments but they only allow reps to be requested on maintenance visits. I’ve had 3 encounters with two reps and both were awesome. No issues with this company and customer service was polite and helpful

The two men were polite and worked tirelessly for 7+ hours. When they encountered difficulty they contacted supervisor and worked through the issue. He arrived and helped resolve the issue. They left everything spotless within my condo. However. It does not appear they used the pads as suggested when on the roof. Because of their difficulty I was told a quality check would be done in a few weeks.
Overall, I was impressed with their patience and teamsmanship.

Our entire experience was great. We were not existing clients. Our AC broke after 5pm the night before Thanksgiving when I was hosting the next day. They were so nice. They didn’t overcharge for the holiday hours that a few other places seemed to do. They were there within an hour of calling and problem fixed. Crisis averted. Nick was so thorough and friendly and was late for family dinner but did not rush. We are so happy our neighbors shared their great experience with us so we called them.

I had an excellent experience with Charles Walker] from Alford Air. He was professional, on time, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my system, explained everything in a way I could understand, and got it running efficiently again.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and respect for my home — he kept the workspace clean and double-checked everything before leaving. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work.
I highly recommend Charles for anyone needing HVAC service. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future maintenance or repairs.

Ryan at Alford did an excellent job restoring our AC after a failure in the air handler AC coil. A quality technician at a quality company. Clearly this is a family business that values their customers and employees. Sadly I have to add that our old AC company was bought out recently and wanted to charge more than double what Alford ended up charging. The non commission (and presumably fair employee wage) of Alford’s is clearly much more than a sales point. Thank you Ryan and thank you Alford…you have deservedly gained a new long term customer.

What a great experience with Mark from Alford, quick to respond knew exactly what to look for and was able to get my system in my yacht going when others told me it was time to replace it. Looking forward to using Alford for all my HVAC needs and highly recommend them.

my air conditioning went out and I was sure it was a compressor. I don't know why I thought it was a compressor because I know nothing about HVAC systems I called Alfred because anybody doing business for over 50 years must be doing something right.
Lorraine was very pleasant and helpful on the phone and she surprised me by telling me she could have a repairman at my home within a couple of hours.
Warren showed up right on time for the appointment and I was quick to inform him that I was pretty sure it was the compressor. he jokingly asked shouldn't he be telling me what was wrong. Warren was polite professional and work ed diligently and efficiently.
Alford is now my go-to air conditioning repair company... they are pleasant professional reliable and honest.

Jeffrey Mejia with Alford AC was excellent. He was professional, thorough, and took a measured technical approach that gave us real confidence in the outcome. He recovered the refrigerant, pulled a proper vacuum with a micron check, weighed in the factory charge, then fine-tuned to stable target performance. He also rinsed the condenser coil and stayed long enough to confirm the system stabilized.
The final readings looked strong and consistent, and we really appreciate the care he took to do this the right way. Highly recommend Jeffrey and Alford AC

Used Dukes on 3 different residences for minor repairs and major renovations. Their prices are always fair. Their employees who show up to those on the phone are always friendly and professional. It's so important to have a go to ac company you can trust in s fl.

I know Duke, because we go to the same Groomer, so I recently needed to have a lot of AC service done at one of my clients homes and I contacted Dukes AC. From the beginning when I had my consultation with Brian they were extremely professional. I needed to have 29 ducts cleaned, two air conditioning systems serviced And we had some mold on the outside of our attic unit so we decided to put in two UV lights and two halo systems. They did an excellent job! They put plastic over all of the vents so nothing got in the house or on the furniture. They covered all the artwork and furniture and floors. I was extremely grateful for their professionalism and cleanliness. They immediately put on booties before coming in the house did not even ask and remove them every time they went in or out the front door. They were wonderful to work with and did an amazing job. The air in the home smells so clean and fresh now I highly recommend Dukes air-conditioning and I highly recommend getting those halo products put in your systems. What a difference they make thank you so much Dukes AC for being a great company to work with and doing an excellent job.
