Our HOA hired them for a big landscaping job. I was involved in the planning and had high hopes, but we're very disappointed in Ameriscape, who seemed to lose interest once they won the bid. We have dead and dying plants, weeds or grass growing between plants, messy Mulberrys were planted where Marlberrys should have been - I could go on and on.

Oh, and their workers don't even speak English, so it's difficult to even try to correct them.

You do NOT want to hire these people.

Great experience using Ameriscape. The employees are very responsive and go out of there way to ensure the best possible results. I would use them again and recommend them for your landscaping needs.

ASI provides landscape services at the Esplanade of Tampa Community and their lawn care services is terrible. Lawns are not evenly cut, flower beds are not trimmed and edged and we have weeds throughout our property. Many homeowners living in our community are not satisfied with the service we receive for the amount of money we pay. I would not recommend them.

If you like lip service and poor quality, call ASI. Bi-lingual skills will be helpful since most of the crews do not speak English. Supervisors will go to your property and promise you the world repeatedly, but they just seem to forget to tell the crew serving you. Good luck....

We had ASI come out last year to look at our worn out 1990s landscaping. Justin took care of us. He noticed and pointed out to us things that we had just never noticed or grown accustomed to. Within days he had worked up a competitive proposal and plan for a total revamp of our front and backyard including renderings of what it could look like. He added a feature we never even considered prior to. We had a tiny homemade brick fire pit in the middle of the backyard. It worked, but Justin saw it as a major opportunity for improvement. He raised it so we could enjoy the fire and a water view.

This company provides landscaping service to the apartment complex I like at. I have asked them kindly to not blow debris on my car and They continue to blow dirt and debris on my car and every car in the complex with complete disregard for personal property. They dont even attempt to blow debris off. If morning dew is on the car the dirt sticks to the car. I spoke to their manager and he kindly offered to have my car cleaned but i said no thanks. He said this problem would be addressed but it wasn't. The very next time the crew was out to work my car was covered with debris again. I have had to stand near my car when they work so they don't trash it. STOP TRASHING MY CARS!

I live in the West End Townhouses near downtown Tampa and I can honestly say this is BY FAR the worst landscaping company I have ever witnessed in my entire life. They cut the grass and trim the bushes and can't even get that right. In addition, they were supposed to fix a clogged drain outside my property and told me they couldn't locate the drain after they dumped rocks on top of it and when I got home I had to shovel out the rocks to locate the drain which I was able to locate within 1 minute in the exact spot where I told them the drain was. After uncovering the drain, I've now been waiting almost 2 weeks with a hole in the ground that kids have fallen into. and after they were told this was a high priority I'm still wondering if/when this will ever be fixed. Maybe their internal employees reviews make them appear to be a great company but this is honest feedback from someone who NEVER rights reviews unless absolutely necessary.

ASI does lawn mowing and trimming in the Cypress Lakes 55+ community in Lakeland Florida. Since taking over this account they have provided terrible quality service. Their mowers drive exceedingly fast, miss spots, throw cuttings directly onto mulched areas. The lack of quality work has led many residents to take on our own mowing. So we are paying for a service we don’t get. And we have to look at the poorly performed areas they do handle. Despite numerous complaints and meeting with ASI by residents here, nothing has improved. I would never recommend ASI to anyone.
