We had a great experience on a fairly significant overhaul landscaping project for our home. They came out promptly to listen to our ideas, offered some professional opinions without being pushy, quickly sent a highly professional and thorough quote, including revising twice when we changed a few design ideas, and gave a realistic timetable for start and end of the project. The installation team was tidy, efficient and responsive. We had one timing snag through no fault of the company but they stayed on top of it throughout to ensure completion. And a few weeks later after we noticed a few things that didn't stylistically work quite the way we wanted, they came back again to make sure we were satisfied. We've recommended them to friends and would do so again. Very easy to work with, very reasonably priced and very beautiful outcome!

Their employees blocked all the gas pumps with their trucks and when asked to move they got aggressive. Don't work with this company.

The contractual agreement with this firm is not adhered to. They are supposed to fertilize, use pesticide, weed control, and irrigation check. In 2 years time, they have only fertilized once (not 4), never applied pesticide, never use weed control when needed, never check irrigation, and chop the grass too short. They have destroyed my lawn which they "say" will replace, but still waiting 11 months later. I wouldn't hire them if they were the only landscaper left on earth.

In September 2019 one of the landscapers hit my outside a/c unit. I have been speaking with my HOA to get the issue resolved. As of January 28 2020 the issue is not resolved. They sent a ac company to assess the damage. The estimate was sent back in November. I emailed the owner of the company and didn’t get a response. The contract was renewed by the HOA but my ac is still not fixed. Who do I have to speak with?
UPDATE: I paid someone to fix the issue and the landscapers bot the ac again. The response this time was we don’t see where the unit was moved. I guess if i was on the HOA board it would have been fixed the first time

The concrete curbing was installed on Tuesday and approximately seven foot was distorted on Wednesday morning. Between the mower and weed trimmer professionals, the concrete people had to cut out and replace, the landscape people were to mow on Tuesday not Wednesday as per the schedule we received. Contacted Cypress lake management and they were to report to ASI, and like before no response. Lots of complaints from the community ever since they received our work. Based on asi mission statement they are failing more and more. I will contact Cypress lakes again on Tuesday. Then the BBB and PD for a damage report and HOA as a last resort. Photos are available.

Can’t even get ahold of these people all calls go to a voice mail from September 2024. They are sending their equipment rental unpaid bills to my residence. Someone at this company is using my address to avoid paying their bills. Hope they see this post I am getting an attorney. You should have answered your phone.

When I moved into Meadowood I brought with me some plants that have very sentimental value. My son planted them outside up against the fence way behind the grass edge line. He came home for lunch and went to check them out and they had been cut down by this lawn company "Complete Landscaping Inc" used by Meadowood. I was devistated. They were growing back and I even put a sign up on the fence "Please do not cut down the PLANTS", and they come and cut them down AGAIN. I was home and went out to confront him and he said QUOTE, I DID NOT SEE THE SIGN and turned away and shrugged his shoulders. I called their Company and Meadowood and complained. It won't bring my plants back so we will see.

Serving as an HOA board member we reviewed several quotes from different landscape companies and selected Earthscapes. Our community has been using them for about a year and we are very happy with their work and customer service.

I am writing this review because of the experience I had with EarthScapes and not even being a customer. One afternoon i received a call from my wife crying and frantic over the phone because she was driving past a complex where a EarthScapes employee was mowing a sidewalk where the concrete and grass/rock medien meet and a rock was projected at my wife's car and oncoming traffic smashing her passenger side window. She quickly contacted me hysterical on the phone asking me to help her out. I drove straight to the complex where the workers were still present and I went straight to the management office. I spoke with the manager about the issues and she gave me the owners contact information telling me it was not her problem and to contact the company. I then reached out to the owner several times to come see the damage or asking him if I could bring it to him. After many failed attempts and no response back through email I have been left no choice but to let the public know how I feel about this business owner and how he or she operates. I would surely like to see this business owner take some responsibility for there daily operations and what accidents may happen while those operations are being executed.

Also a Meadowood resident. Well they are STILL here (the fault of a useless condo association) and the lawns here are completely ruined. Overrun with weeds and crab grass, bushes are never trimmed, trees rain branches down on cars and aren’t removed. The entire property looks as if it’s been abandoned or had a recent hurricane hit. I’d rather get a prostate exam from Andre the Giant than ever let this crew that looks like they were bailed from prison this morning work on my lawn. God willing they will be fired soon and forced to give up the business, or the owner gets Lou Gehrig’s disease. Either is fine.

As someone who lives in Meadowood (one of the neighborhoods the work in) and someone who Operates my own lawn serivices The job they do is one of the Worst you have ever seen, and the rig they bring here was recently re-crewed but the job they do still sucks. Whenever they make the sudden turns on the erro turn mowers, it tears up the grass leaving big turf damge, they also miss a whole area near my unit and because they didn't mow there, I ended up mowing the whole area with my own mower. And rarely they do almost no Edging at all. The same goes with Blowing, almost a whole street and several sidewalks were still covered with grass cause they never get the whole job complete. Hope Meadowood gets a new company Next year...
Oh by the way I even get to meet some of the workers and even they say the company sucks.
