Cannot recommend enough! They were very flexible with my schedule and were very efficient the day of the job. The communication by the owner is not something you see often from big businesses like this. If you’ve been thinking about getting your house power washed, here’s your sign! You found the right place!

These guys were the most professional team I have seen in a long time! They were fairly priced, showed up on time, and did their job quickly and incredibly well. They were very friendly and took care of my house like it was their own… I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality work from a professional service.

Paver Seal Tampa did a great job on sealing my pool deck. They gave a competitive price quote, were very professional and explained the process, communicated well, and completed the work on the day they said they would. Pool deck looks great. Would highly recommend for any paver sealing needs.

Hired paver seal to come out and pressure wash my pavers in my driveway and my two lanai’s. Elias did an excellent job. Everything looks clean. He also gave me some recommendations on when to seal again. I will continue to use paper seal as they have always provided me with reasonable pricing. They are always on time and very communicative.

Arrived on time and Elias did a great job. Unfortunately there was a rain delay for finishing, no ones fault. They were able to finish the job after the rain dried and my pool deck looks like new. I will definitely be using them in the future to help maintain my pavers.

Paver Seal was great about providing a quote quickly and I thought it was very competitive. They were quick about setting up work once I decided to go with them. They communicated via email and sent reminders of appointment. Workers showed up on time and were professional and cleaned up any mess (which there really wasn't any). They were knowledgeable and courteous. They finished in 2 hours and its looks awesome. Would use them again.

Great company! They did an outstanding job pressure washing our pool deck, lanai, and driveway. They resealed our pavers and they look brand new. The two gentlemen that came out were courteous and informative.

Disappointed with Service and Lack of Accountability

We were asked for a review so here it is. We hired Paver Seal Tampa to restore and revitalize the color of our patio and driveway. Initially, we were assured it would be a one-day job. However, the crew arrived an hour and a half late, and the job ended up taking two days. The workers left without notice on the first day, and I had to reach out myself to learn they would be returning the next day—forcing us to cancel our plans.

During the job, one of the workers may have tampered with our pool pump (we didn't but they are denying it), which led to it breaking. We were home and could have easily turned off the pump if asked, but instead, they may have decided to mess with it. While the repair was minor, we had to pay out of pocket for it. For the principle, we contacted the company, who denied any responsibility for the damage.

Additionally, we’ve been left with spots of discoloration in our driveway. Despite our initial complaint being about the patio, they suggested adding the driveway to the service, yet this is the outcome we received. It’s frustrating to see these results after being told they could fix everything.

All in all, we feel let down by Paver Seal Tampa’s lack of professionalism, the poor communication, and the refusal to take accountability for the issues they caused. Unfortunately, we’ll be looking elsewhere for future services. Also, when we advised of the issue and reached out prior to this review, we were met with little empathy. Once we advised that we would just leave a review, we were called and threatened with legal action from the owner if we left our honest review. He not only threatened to sue us for our honest review, but cursed at us as well. That's all I have to say about the willingness to rectify mistakes and their customer service.

Had a great experience with Paver Seal Tampa. Both of the guys very professional and experienced. They were very patient with the job and made sure all the steps (power wash, sanding and sealing) were done properly.

Everyone was super helpful and courteous leading up to the day they cleaned and sealed our pavers. They look stunning now that they’re done!

This is my first time using their service for my pool travertine seal. I chose this company because there were more than 100 reviews all given 5 stars. And I’m so glad I had the right choice. The working crew arrived on time, cleaned the deck thoroughly, sealed deck with two coats. Now my deck looks like almost original. The two techs are very professional, working on every details, great communication with courtesy. This is the company you can trust, and I’m definitely will order any kind of service they provide whenever I deed!

I requested to get my pavers sealed and informed them I wanted the high gloss, but instead I got a dull look and when I ask the individual doing the job he stated when its dry the shine will come out. I reached out and they tell me that I chose not to get high gloss because it was additional money, which is absolutely not true. I would never hire Pavers Seal Tampa again or recommend them to a stranger and especially not a friend.

I had 3 main issues with my pool deck: mildew buildup, loose stone tiles, and some very slippery spots. After Daniel was done all of those issues were resolved. After power washing the deck looks brand new. Then by hand he filled in the sand around all of the cracks between each stone tile. I had about 20 loose stones and they are all firmly in place now. He then sealed it which gave the surface a much better grip feel to it so it won't be as slippery.

Daniel was extremely prompt and courteous and his attention to detail was like he was working on his own home. He takes pride in his work and will ensure the job gets done right.

Nice guys but less than a week later and I’m super bummed. I noticed holes in the sand during the job and they filled them and sealed more, but I could tell it wasn’t going to be long lasting. I understand normal wear and tear but I don’t think there should be holes and sand everywhere already :(

I had the pleasure of hiring this company and Boy did they exceed every expectation we had. From start to finish, we were blown away. The customer service skills are out of this world and they did such an amazing job. I would highly recommend.

Paver Seal of Tampa recently did the sealing of our paver driveway. The results are outstanding. The difference between the pavers as the builder left them and now with the sealing applied is amazing. The colors shine thru adding a great visual value to our home. Adrian Guerra was the technician performing the sealing. Adrian arrived within the scheduled time. He was courteous and polite.
