Worst pool company we’ve used. Doesn’t show up most weeks and if they do it’s never when they said they would. No communication. Service is supposed to include checking of all pool equipment and they don’t do that and just says oops I forgot. Still charge full amount weekly. If pool is too dirty they will just leave and not say anything. Don’t waste your time or money on this company.

If you are looking for pool service I 100% recommend them!! They are very knowledgeable of pools and equipment, my pool was green they came out everyday til it was crystal clear and they explain things and have all kinds of service options which is wonderful. I can’t express enough how AWESOME they are at what they do. Love my new pool service guys!!!!

Worst pool company I’ve ever dealt with. Never showed up on time, different days every week, poor customer service. Then to top it off didn’t show up for two weeks, ignored phone call and text to see if they were still servicing the pool. Save your time and money, look elsewhere for your pool service needs.

Paid $350 for “green to clean” service. Once they found out I didn’t want to sign up for monthly service they stopped cleaning my pool. I never leave reviews but they pretty much stole from me. I will never use them again and will encourage others not to.

Spectacular service. Highly professional, and very knowledgeable. Are kind and understanding of the customers needs. My pool has never looked so perfect, and the pool does not have a screen enclosure. Communication with the customer is kept at all times. You will never use another pool or spa company again, after you receive service from Cosmic Pools. Highly recommend for all your pool needs!

Absolutely unprofessional! Hasn’t serviced my pool in 2 weeks! Greg has left my pool in unacceptable and unswimmable conditions. He does not reply and does not show up on the days he says he will not the days our service is due to fix the issue. He has charged us for the month and has yet to service us this month. Terrible ownership and service directly by him.
